Mission Statement
We, the parishioners of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic
Church, are called by God, through the Holy Spirit and our Savior
Jesus Christ, to praise, love and worship God through the
celebration of the Sacraments and especially the Eucharist. Under
the patronage of our beloved Immaculate Mary, mother of Jesus,
we hope with deep humility to be a loving, caring, giving and
forgiving community in the service of all whom we touch in our
daily lives. Guided by the teaching of Our Lord found in the Good
News and in the traditions of the Church, we strive to be a Beacon
of Faith, Hope, and Love and a Harbor of Peace.

second collections for the
2020 year at the entrance of
the church for those not re-
ceiving a box and in case we
do not have your
envelopes ready by the new
year. We are sorry for the
inconvenience and
appreciate your
understanding on this matter.
Orders are placed in a
timely matter yet we can not
control production or
shipping. If you would like to
receive donation envelopes
please contact the parish
office during business hours.

2019 Contribution Statements
We will start taking request for End of Year
contribution statements on January 15th, 2020. If you
would like your statement please contact the parish
office to request. Contribution letters will be mailed
out or ready for pick up on January 31, 2020.
2020 Parish Calendar If you are a ministry, choir, prayer group or Society of
Immaculate Heart of Mary please bring in your events,
gatherings, meetings or fundraisers to the parish office by
January 15, 2020. All events other than normal breakfast
sales need to put into calendar to insure that there will be no
over bookings or events scheduled on your day and that
church facilities are available for use.
IMMACULATE HEART OF MARY’S FIESTA News!
King & Queen Contest
IHM is looking for families to run for King or
Queen for our Fiesta in June 2020.
The Purpose: With your family beautifully united, work
together toward in a common cause. Have fun, and
through Friendly competition, help raise funds for
Immaculate Heart of Mary Church as part of the annual
Fiesta celebration.
Rules: With your family and supporters, sponsor bake
sales, plate sales, games-any type of activity to raise
funds either on church grounds or other location.
Co-host a fundraising event with a local business. Have
fun and use your imagination!

All clergy, religious, seminarians, employees, and adult
volunteers serving in a ministry requiring EIM compliance, must submit
an EIM Application for Ministry (one-time only) and attend an EIM
Workshop at least once every 3 years. Go to eappsdb.com/austin to
submit a new application or login to your existing account to find the
list of workshops and signup (use the Alternate Login if you don’t recall
ID/password). If you are not sure if you are compliant please contact
the parish office or login to your account. Please login to your EIM
account to find and sign up for a workshop: pre-registration for
workshops (at least 24-hours in advance) is now required.
