Location
Close proximity to Denarau and Nadi International airport.
Second city of Fiji, Lautoka is close by as are three resorts that have been
operating for over 10 years.
Lautoka is approximately 10 minutes away from this site and 20 km from Nadi
Township. The main State highway between Nadi and Lautoka runs past the
site, some three minutes away. The government has embarked on a major

Site description
Two key fixed assets are two parcels of Crowne Lease which are
located at Naikorokoro Point near Saweni Bay. This is a key
location in terms of Fiji’s tourism base on the Western side of
Viti Levu as it is only 15 km north of Nadi International Airport
and only some 20 minutes drive by car.
Copies of State Lease 16531 (approx. 25 hectares of hard land)
and State Foreshore Development Lease 60/997 (approx. 75
hectares of foreshore) are available on request. The total
development area is approx. 100 hectares (approx. 250 acres).
