What is Blue Sky Involve?
EMPLOYEE-DRIVEN program supporting employee volunteer efforts that are aligned with either:
Environmental sustainability
or
Leadership development for employees

How does Blue Sky Involve work?
Blue Sky Involve teams at our global locations link with local organizations that support environmental sustainability and/or leadership development
Johnson Controls funds USD$1,000 per location to support these partnerships
Each partnership includes an employee volunteer component (must have minimum of 3 employees involved in a project)

Approved project
1. If application is approved, applicant will be notified via email and project can begin
2. $1000 grant payment will be sent either via check or wire transfer to partner organization
3. Complete project by Dec. 15, 2008
4. Upon completion, project summary should be documented by project leader

Build awareness and appreciation of the Blue Sky Involve program’s commitment to two corporate priorities:
Protecting the environment
Developing people
Extend employees’ core business skills beyond the factory and office through volunteerism in the communities where we live and work
