Candidates who have got seat for admission to PhD programmes at National Institute of

Technology Patna for the academic year 2020-21 (Jan-June 2021 Semester) are required to

follow the steps as given below:

f. Undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/- regarding refund of

scholarship in the case of withdrawal from PhD program without completing

(for Full time candidate only)

be rejected if the disability is less than 40%.

folder on ar.acad@nitp.ac.in with subject line PhD Admission_ <Application

Original copy of documents mentioned at S.No. i to vii and Self-Attested copy of

documents mentioned at S.No. viii to xiv should be sent through SPEED POST to

NOTE:

1. Physical verification of documents will be carried out in person later and dates will

be notified in due course of time. If any discrepancy is found during physical

verification, then his/her admission will stand cancelled.

2. Classes will start from 1st February 2021. Each student will receive mail from

Microsoft Team regarding online classes. Time Table and related information of

online classes can be seen on Institute web site.
