    Very close EP* Coaching (Looking for offers, helping with the

    General responsibilities:

    Human resources: recruitment, allocating members according to functional area, to projects and to events

    Talent management: personal development, tracking, follow, workshop organise

    Internal relation: conflict solve, administrative management (member roles), informing members by Facebook, mail, Whatsapp, SMS, and brochure about AIESEC. Also organising bonding events and LCM*s.

    Responsibilities:

    job descriptions collecting

    organogram building and keep it updated

    structuring members data

    allocating members according to projects and events

    Round table discussion (planning for LCMs)

    OCP* elections: according to projects defined

    New members:

    Recruitment plan: targeting, define our organization

    Promotion for recruitment

    Application form analysis

    Proceeding to interview: analysis data, selecting, allocating

    Introducing members to each team and to each mission/project:

    each member is responsible for a functional area or a project. All

    members who have questions about administrative procedure or

    about our organization or AIESEC in general, should ask the TMer

    who works with him/her directly or the Vice President of TM.

    Podio tracking system

    Give our members opportunities to speak in front of the

    organization or a big crowd

    Leadership development: pipeline management

    INTERNAL RELATION (A TEAM LEADER AND ANOTHER MEMBER)

    Responsibilities:

    Proposing platform as Skype, Facebook, email, phone application,

    Dropbox, Gmail for Google doc, email of AIESEC, myaiesec.net.

    Teach members how to use them.

    Functional area presentation: so that members know where to seek

    help. A member directory should be available: the LC FACEBOOK!

    Conference preparation: Induction, Kick-off

    Conflict solving

    Newsletter: news, semester plan, meeting presentation, activities

    schedule, members of the week (at least 1 per month)

    Party, meal, outing, extra-activities (planning 2-3 per semester)

    A team of 5 members and an assistant General responsibilities:

    Creation of promotional materials Finding innovative ways to promote AIESEC Geneva. Maintaining a good relationship and close collaboration with our partners and associations.

    Ideal Team:

    2 Journalists (French: 1st priority, English: 2nd priority).

    1 IT Technician (web programming & administration).

    2 graphic designers.

    1 A/V technician.

    * From these 6 people there will be 4 administrators:

    1 for the official website.

    1 for the Facebook person account and page.

    1 for the LinkedIn account.

    1 for the YouTube channel.

    JOURNALISTS (2 PERSONS POLYVALENT)

    Qualifications :

    Speak and write fluently in French and English (optional) Creative Outgoing, great communication skills. Great sales skills. Good knowledge of social media (ex. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn). Technical skills:

    Can handle a camera,

    Knowledgeable about photography.

    Can handle a video recorder,

    Knowledgeable about cinematography.

    Responsibilities :

    Hold the stands during various events. Write or proof-read press releases, newsletters, Internet articles etc. Interviews for audio/video contents, press releases, newsletters, Internet articles etc.

    Help find potential media partners.

    GRAPHIC DESIGNERS (2 PERSON)

    Qualifications:

    Artistically creative and imaginative. Good knowledge of the Swiss market, mentality and trends. Mastery of word editors and designer software (MS Words, MS Publisher, Adobe Indesign etc.)

    Mastery of graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator etc.)

    Responsibilities:

    Design web interfaces. Design of promotional materials (flyers, posters etc.). Design of brochure and reference materials for various events.

    IT SPECIALISTS (1 PERSON)

    Qualifications:

    Web programming & design (Wordpress, HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery etc.) ! Recommended: knowledgeable about Web frameworks.

    Database management (MySQL, Oracle etc.).

    Responsibilities:

    Design, creation and update of Web interfaces. Creation, maintenance and troubleshooting of databases. Web management: keeping the website up to date. Finding new ways of promoting AIESEC Geneva online.

    AUDIO/V IDEO TECHNICIANS (1 PERSON)

    Qualifications:

    Artistically creative and imaginative. Knowledgeable in cinematographic techniques. Good mastery of video editing tools. Can write scripts / screenplays.

    Responsibilities:

    Administer the AIESEC Geneva Youtube channel. Write scripts for audio/video contents. Direct, create, edit and proofread audio/video contents.
