June 2019 Clover Connection
County Youth Coordinator Comments:
Dear Friends,
School is almost out for the summer and it is time to start
thinking about your 4-H & FFA exhibits for fair! The fair
books will be handed out to the leaders at the May 29th
leaders meeting. Each family will be receiving a book.
Check out the classes available and get your fair entries
done on time. Fair entries are due July 1. No penalty for
being early, but there will be consequences if late! (See
page 5, Rule #6 of Fair book)
Remember: Currently there are NO entries for the 2019
fair. The entry process is online for ALL 4-H & FFA
exhibits. You must create a fair entry at Fairentry.com for
every exhibit you plan to show at the fair.
We are having a workshop on Thursday, June 20 at 6:30
pm at the Extension Office to help families with the fair
entry process.
It is the member’s responsibility to read the fair book and
know the rules and regulations. If you have any questions
on your exhibits, feel free to contact the staff at the
Extension Office.
Have a safe & fun summer!
Tammy Muller
