through a painting or sculpture with reusable materials, to be completed by Monday 5/18.

We will ask them how they are doing with their animal's artwork, and we will support as

needed. By the end of next week students are expected to record their video showing off

their artwork and explaining all they have learned about their animal, including where they

live, what they eat, how it looks, fun facts, etc.

Technology/Tecnología: Live class

Note to parents: This week’s class will be LIVE. Please join the meeting at the set date and

time for Tecnología. Students will use Chatterpix and their model of a living being to create a

fun video. Please make sure your child has the Chatterpix application downloaded on their

iPad or device and that the permissions for the camera, microphone and photos are

activated.

1. To start the class, please join the meeting in Teams, in the Tecnología channel. We will

review what we have learned about how to use Chatterpix and we will talk about how we

can usa the app to talk about animals and plants.

2. After class, you will take a picture of your model of a plant or animal and you will use

Chatterpix to give it a voice. Remember that your animal or plant should give some

information about him or herself.

3. After you finish, send your video to Maestra Florencia.

Nota para los padres: La clase de tecnología de esta semana será EN VIVO. Por favor unirse a

la reunión a la hora y fecha indicadas para tecnología. Los estudiantes utilizarán Chatterpix y
