The Kustlaan and the trendy Albertplein in le Zoute are the ideal backdrop for the ZOUTE TOP MARQUES®, where premium car brands will be exhibiting their latest models and presenting

their premieres.

The 2018 ZOUTE CONCOURS D’ELEGANCE® by Degroof Petercam will take place on Saturday

and Sunday at the familiar Fairway 1 of the prestigious Royal Zoute Golf Club. A l imited num-

ber of unique pre- and post-war classics will be judged by an internationally renowned jury.

The ZOUTE SALE® by Bonhams will be held at the beach in the heart of le Zoute. This impor-

tant auction features remarkable, historic vehicles - many of them from major domestic and

international collections.

The ZOUTE RALLY® by Stow is a regularity rally for up to 200 cars manufactured between 1920

and 1965, with start and finish in le Zoute. The rally takes the competitors along the most be-

autiful polder routes in the area. A trial such as the FLYING 1/4 MILE® provides the necessary

excitement.

The ZOUTE GT TOUR® by EY is reserved for exclusive and modern GT cars less than 20 years

old. Driving through the Flemish and Dutch hinterland in a festive parade, they return via pic-

turesque green lanes to le Zoute. The ZOUTE GT SPRINT® by EY, a speed trial , is guaranteed

to be a spectacle.

ZOUTE RALLY® by Stow

REL A XING AT THE WHEEL

Thursday 4 to Saturday6 October 2018

The 2018 ZOUTE R ALLY ® by Stow is a unique regularity ral ly

for cars f irst registered between 1920 and 1965. A leisurely

yet impressive drive of 200 selected cars through the hin-

terland, with start and f inish in le Zoute. Two formulas were

designed, the f irst being the actual regularity ral ly with an

imposed average speed and RTs. The FLYING ¼ MILE ® provi-

des addit ional excitement.

The second formula is a drive along a shorter route, without

an imposed average speed and without RTs. Technical checks

and formalit ies are scheduled for Thursday 4 October at the

ZOUTE DRIVERS CLUB ® by Lebeau-Coural ly , on the dyke. The

regularity ral ly and the drive wil l be run on Friday 5 and Sa-

turday 6 October, both on a selective and enjoyable route.

Following the excellent results of the previous editions, auc-

tion house Bonhams decided to organize this year again a

sale as part of the ZOUTE GRAND PRIX®. The catalogue of

exceptional high quality is again expected to attract a strong

attendance by both national and international buyers and col-

lectors.

Bonhams has a renowned reputation for the auctioning of

classic cars of extremely high qual ity. This is i l lustrated by

the impressive results obtained at events such as The Good-

wood Festival of Speed, the Paris Grand Palais Sale and the

Quail Lodge Auction during Pebble Beach Concours d’Elé-

gance week, to name but a few.

The f ifth ZOUTE SALE ® by Bonhams wil l be held in the VIP

Marquee at the beach in front of the Albertplein on Friday

5 October at 6 p.m. A preview of the cars wil l take place

on Thursday 4 October from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Fri -

day 5 October from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. A preview cocktai l is

also scheduled for Thursday. The f inal catalogue of the auc-

Royal Zoute Golf Club will be the stylish venue for a new edition of

The ZOUTE CONCOURS D’ELEGANCE® by Degroof Petercam.

During this two-day event, 70 unique, remarkable and exclusive

classic cars will be presented to the attendees and submitted to

the judgment of an international jury. The organizing committee

selects the cars according to stringent criteria and divides them

into two categories: pre-war and post-war. Alongside the classical

mentions and trophies, there are also exclusive special prizes by

Degroof Petercam, Lebeau-Courally, EY, Stow,. . .

The ZOUTE GT TOUR® by EY, organized for the seventh time in

2018, is reserved for exclusive and modern GT cars less than 20

years old. An impressive caravan of stunning bodyworks and po-

werful engines will proceed along Flanders’ most beautiful and

most picturesque roads. From the start to the finish in le Zoute,

where a parade will take place under police escort. The ZOUTE GT SPRINT® by EY and the ZOUTE GT SLALOM® by EY will provide

excitement and spectacle along the way. Entries can be submitted

until 31 August 2018.
