National Productivity Organization KNOW YOURSELF AND OTHERS WITH THE MBTI OVERVIEW: The MBTI was developed by Katherine C Briggs and Isabel Briggs Myers and is based on Carl Jung’s theory of “Psychological Types”. The system consists of sixteen profiles. Knowing your own profile allows you to appreciate your natural strength and any possible weaknesses or “blind spots”. Dr. Qamar Ul Hassan, studied MBBS and graduated from Sind Medical in 1992. During his career, he was inspired by the behaviors of human and decided to explore the venue further. In the year 2005, he went to Malaysia to become Certified Practitioner for Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). In the year 2009, he took an Advanced Diploma in Human Development from Agha Khan University. By practicing MBTI in different organizations of Pakistan, during last five years he has been engaged in assessing and counseling thousands of individuals on self-discovery, individual effectiveness and success through Personality Type Assessment and Human Development.
