Frühmorgens vor allen anderen Gästen beim Sonnenaufgang die ersten Schwünge auf den frisch präparierten Pisten ziehen, einen Blick hinter die Kulissen der legen dären Vaillant Arena werfen, mit den Schneeschuhen unberührte Landschaften erkunden oder einmal in einem Pistenfahrzeug Platz nehmen und sich als «Held der Nacht» fühlen. Erleben Sie diese und noch viele weitere einzigartige Abenteuer mit dem Gästeprogramm «Davos Klosters Inside».

Get up before all the other guests and enjoy a peaceful downhill run at sunrise on a freshly prepared piste, go on a behind-the-scenes tour of the legendary Vaillant Arena, explore the unspoilt landscapes around Davos on snow shoes or take a ride on one of the snow groomers and become a «hero of the night». Take part in these and many more unique adventures with the «Davos Klosters Inside» guest programme.

Wir bitten Sie, jeweils die Gästekarte und das Ticket zu den Erlebnissen mitzubringen. Für einige Angebote ist ein gültiges Bergbahnticket oder eine spezielle Ausrüstung erforder-lich. Die entsprechenden Informationen finden Sie in den Programm-Details.

AnmeldungDie Anmeldungen können 14 Tage vor der Durchführung online ab 8 Uhr (davos.ch/inside oder klosters.ch/inside) sowie im Tourismusbüro in Davos oder Klosters vorgenommen werden. Tele-fonische Reservationen und via Mail sind nicht möglich. Bitte beachten Sie die Anmeldeschlusszeiten der einzel-nen Erlebnisse. Pro Person können maximal 5 Aktivitäten sowie 5 Tickets pro Durchführung gebucht werden.

TreffpunkteDie genauen Treffpunkte der Erlebnis-se können dem Programmbeschrieb entnommen werden. Bitte erscheinen Sie pünktlich und startklar bei den jewei-ligen Treffpunkten und kaufen Sie die Skitickets bereits im Vorfeld. Im Falle von Verspätungen kann der Insider nicht auf angemeldete Teilnehmer warten.

The daily Inside experiences are free of charge for all visitors with a valid guest card (Davos Klosters Card). General informationThe conditions of participation apply to all ser-vices provided by the organisers as part of the «Davos Klosters Inside» guest programme.

Conditions of participationOnly guests and secondary home owners with a valid Davos Klosters Card (guest card) are eligible to take part in the «Davos Klosters Inside» guest programme. The guest card and/or residential address may have to be presented on request. By registering, the participant confirms that he/she is eligible to take part in the «Davos Klosters Inside» experiences. The requirements, minimum age and necessary equipment are outlined in the detailed description on the website. Should a participant not fulfil the conditions of participation, he/she may be excluded from the respective activity.

Registration and cancellationRegister at davos.ch/inside or klosters.ch/inside and at Guest Services in the resort information office in Davos Platz or in Klosters. Registration is possible at most 2 weeks in advance. Per person are a maximum of 5 activities as well as 5 tickets per activity availa-ble. Registration deadline is stated in the description of the activity. The number of participants is limited. Once the maximum number of participants has been reached, participation is only possible if someone can-cels. In the event of being prevented from attending, participants are obliged to cancel the registered activity by phone on +41 81 415 21 21, by email ([email protected] or [email protected]) or at Guest Services in the Davos Klosters resort to enable the place to be offered to other people. Should a participant not appear without having cancelled in advance, we reserve the right to exclude him or her from taking part in future and cancel existing registrations for «Da-vos Klosters Inside» offers should this reoccur.

Group bookings«Davos Klosters Inside» is an offer aimed at individual guests and is not suitable for groups. A maximum of 5 tickets can be booked per person and event. Please contact the respective organiser directly to book a (chargeable) guided tour outside of the Davos Klosters Inside programme for group book-ings of 6 people or more. Thank you very much.

Changes / cancellations«Davos Klosters Inside» can be cancelled, modified or refused at any time for safety reasons owing to

AllgemeinDie Teilnahmebedingungen gelten für alle Leistungen, welche die Veranstalter im Rahmen von «Davos Klosters Inside» anbieten.

TeilnahmeberechtigungBerechtigt für die Teilnahme am Gästeprogramm «Davos Klosters Inside» sind alle Gäste und Zweitwohnungs-besitzer mit einer gültigen Davos Klosters Card (Gästekarte). Auf Anfrage muss die Gästekarte vorge-wiesen bzw. die Wohn adresse angegeben werden. Der Teilnehmer erklärt mit der Anmeldung die Teilnahme-voraussetzung für die «Davos Klosters Inside»-Erlebnisse zu erfüllen. Im Detailbeschrieb auf der Website sind die Voraussetzungen, das Mindestalter und Voraussetzun-gen betreffend der Ausrüstung vorgegeben. Sollte ein Teilnehmer die Teilnahmevoraussetzungen nicht erfüllen, kann er von einem Angebot ausgeschlossen werden.

An- und AbmeldungDie Anmeldungen erfolgen über die Website davos.ch/inside oder klosters.ch/inside sowie am Schalter der Tourismusbüros der Destination in Davos Platz bzw. in Klosters. Eine Anmeldung ist frühestens 2 Wochen im Voraus möglich. Pro Person können maximal 5 Aktivitäten sowie 5 Tickets pro Durchführung gebucht werden. Anmeldeschluss gemäss Angebots-Ausschrei-bung. Die Teilnehmerzahl ist begrenzt. Ist die maximale Teilnehmerzahl erreicht, besteht kein Anspruch auf die Teilnahme. Der Teilnehmer ist verpflichtet, sich im Verhin-derungsfall für das angemeldete Angebot telefonisch +41 81 415 21 21 oder per E-Mail ([email protected] oder [email protected]) bei der Gästeberatung der Des-tination Davos Klosters abzumelden, damit der Platz an andere weitergegeben werden kann. Erscheint ein Teilnehmer nicht, ohne sich im Vorfeld abgemeldet zu haben, behalten wir uns das Recht vor, ihn im Wiederholungsfall von weiteren Teilnahmen aus-zuschliessen und bestehende Anmeldungen für «Davos Klosters Inside»-Angebote zu stornieren.

Gruppenbuchungen«Davos Klosters Inside» ist ein Angebot für Individual-gäste und für Gruppen nicht geeignet. Pro Person und Veranstaltung können maximal 5 Tickets gebucht werden. Für Gruppenbuchungen ab 6 Personen setzen Sie sich bitte direkt mit dem jeweiligen Veranstalter in Verbindung, um ausserhalb von «Davos Klosters Inside» eine (kostenpflichtige) Führung zu buchen. CostParticipation in «Davos Klosters Inside» experiences are generally free to guests and the owners of se-condary residences with a valid Davos Klosters Card. Details are expressly provided on the website should an offer involve additional costs for transport etc.

ImagesThe organisers reserve the right to use any foota-ge made by participants or guides of Inside acti-vities for printed products, websites and images galleries. Individuals may be recognisable on these images. The participants of the activities agree to this and may not claim compensation.

Personal dataWe are passionate about data protection and aim to fulfil all legal requirements with regard to your privacy. We record personal data during the regist-ration process. This data is only used for when you register, unsubscribe or in connection with mat-ters regarding the «Davos Klosters Inside» guest programme. The data will not be used for marketing purposes and will not be passed on to third parties.

Insurance / LiabilityInsurance is down to the participants of the «Davos Klosters Inside» programme. The organi-ser refuses to assume liability for accidents that occur before, during or after the Inside activity.

Applicable law and place of jurisdictionSwiss law applies in legal matters between a participant and the organisers. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Davos.

KostenDie Teilnahme an den «Davos Klosters Inside»-Erleb-nissen ist für Gäste und Zweitwohnungsbesitzer mit einer gültigen Davos Klosters Card in der Regel kostenlos. Fallen bei einem Angebot Zusatzkosten bspw. für Trans - port an, ist dies im Detailbeschrieb auf der Website ausdrücklich erwähnt.

BildmaterialDer Veranstalter behält sich das Recht vor, Bild material, welches im Rahmen von «Davos Klosters Inside»-Erleb-nissen von Reise leitern und Teilnehmern aufgenommen wurde, für Printprodukte, Website und Bildergalerie zu verwenden. Auf dem Bildmaterial können Personen erkennbar sein. Teilnehmer der Angebote erklären sich damit einverstanden, ohne Anspruch auf Entschädigung.

Anwendbares Recht und GerichtsstandAuf die Rechtsbeziehungen zwischen dem Teilnehmer und den Veranstaltern ist Schweizerisches Recht an-zuwenden. Der ausschliessliche Gerichtsstand ist Davos.
