McCARREN AIRPORT CONNECTION STATIONS

BE FIRST TO CONNECT WITH ARRIVING VISITORS!

Connection stations are fully interactive digital billboard kiosks located in the heart of the T1 baggage claim area. Advertising on the kiosks is visible to the 3 million travelers who pass through McCarran every month. Each eye-level display consists of eight 46” LCD screens arranged in 360° visibility. Each kiosk features four fully interactive touch screens with direct dial phones, video playback, and coupon printing. Travelers wait an average of 30-minutes for baggage and 8-second ads that rotate once every 4-minutes provide for strong exposure to messages. While they’re waiting, travelers can browse through interactive directories to view lodging, dining, and entertainment content. They can make reservations by phone and can print coupons before leaving the baggage claim area.

• Three kiosks are located in the T1 baggage claim area (noted in red)

• Each kiosk features eight 46” LCD screens that can be used to display separate messages or can be combined to display a single message.

• Static digital ads are displayed for 8-seconds

in each 4-minute loop. Ads run simultaneously on all three kiosks.

3-SIDED TAXI TOPS: With two 14” x 48” side panels and one 14” x 30” back panel, Taxi Tops offer fully illuminated ad space with 360 degree visibility. These eye level signs offer 9,500 impressions per day, per cab and are the foundation upon which taxi media in Las Vegas was formed. Taxi Tops strengths are their heavy frequency and high visibility.

• TAXI TRUNKS: At 14” x 36”, Taxi Trunks offer the same high frequency and heavy exposure as the Tops, but at a lower price point due to its single panel. These ad signs are on the same cabs as the Tops and offer affordable tourist area coverage for clients with smaller budgets. Taxi Trunks offer 7,950 impressions per cab, per day..

• TAXI WRAPS: Wraps cover the entire exterior of the vehicle allowing for client exclusivity and that added punch to any campaign. With only 20% of cabs in Las Vegas able to be wrapped, Taxi Wraps achieve major stand-out in the crowd. Wraps offer 15,500 impressions per day per cab and allow for large scale creativity. The Taxi Top and Trunk are included on a Taxi Wrap.

SHUTTLE WRAPS: Like Taxi Wraps, Shuttle Bus wraps cover the entire exterior of airport shuttle buses that transport convention attendees to and from their airport.

IN-TAXI DISTRIBUTION: Specialty cards are placed behind the front seats of the taxi directly facing the passenger. These cards may promote your brand, your products, or your convention booth. Consider using a QR or AR code to further engage convention attendees while they’re on their way to their hotels. In-taxi distribution creates an immediate relationship with almost 700,000 taxi passengers per month.

PERFORMANCE & ACCOUNTABILITY

Your advertising is an investment in your business and in your brand. Big Traffic pays attention to the details of your campaign delivery.

PROOF OF PERFORMANCE On the first day of your campaign, photographs will be taken of your mobile billboard in action. A proof-of-performance document will be sent to you for your records.

CAMPAIGN REVIEWS At the end of each month or at the end of your campaign, a campaign will be sent to you. Campaign reviews recap the following:

• Scheduled campaign hours • Bonus hours that were • Total campaign hours • Scheduled routes • Estimated vehicle impressions • Estimated pedestrian impressions (where applicable) • Total estimated campaign impressions • Estimated cost-per-thousand impressions

DISCREPANCY REPORTS Big Traffic’s reliability and dependability have made it the provider of choice for some of Las Vegas’ premiere advertisers. Occasionally, factors beyond our control occur. Should weather, mechanical issues, or another factor affect the delivery of your campaign, you will be notified as soon as possible and a discrepancy report will be issued. Discrepancy reports outline the details of the down-time, as well as documenting when the down-time will be made good and the bonus hours that will be provided to make up for the inconvenience.

COMMERCIAL LIABILITY INSURANCE and ADDITIONAL INSURED Accidents don’t happen often, but just in case, your business is protected under Big Traffic’s commercial liability policy. Every Big Traffic® client is added to our policy as an additional insured. Protection levels are:

• General Liability: $2 million per occurrence, with an annual aggregate limit of $4 million • Errors and Omissions: $1 million per occurrence, $1 million annual limit. • Automobile Liability: $1 million combined single limit coverage • Employer’s Liability: $1 million annual limit • Umbrella coverage of $1 million, which combined with our per-occurrence limit of $2 million, affords a total per

occurrence limit of $3 million. When combined with our $4 million aggregate limit, total aggregate limit is $5 million.
