LeChase participates in 2017 NYS Regional M/WBE Opportunities Expo Series
XBE INfocus Lunch & Learn scheduled from noon to 1:30 p.m. on June 20
Join panelists Sherry Jackson, Denise Thompson,
Brian Russo and Michelle Keller in the Indigo Training
Room or via broadcast from noon to 1:30 p.m. on
Tuesday, June 20 as they provide an informal overview
of the LeChase XBE Subcontractor Program and talk
through a few of the more frequently asked questions
that arise when teams are navigating projects with XBE
participation goals/requirements. Topics will be based
on the XBE FAQs Guide that was distributed company-
wide, which attendees are encouraged to review prior
to the training. This will be an open forum, allowing
attendees to ask questions to gain clarity regarding
expectations and process. Intended audience is project
executives, project managers, project administrators
and estimators; however, all are welcome! Pizza and
beverages will be provided.

On February 24, 2017, Governor Andrew Cuomo announced the 2017
Regional Minority– and Women-Owned Business Enterprises Opportunities
Expo Series, a string of informational networking events spanning the Mid-Hudson, New York City, Finger Lakes, North Country, Southern Tier and Central New York regions.
String of informational networking events help connect Minority– and
Women-Owned Business Enterprises with the tools, resources and
support they need to build capacity and succeed across the state
LeChase participated as an exhibitor at the Finger Lakes (held in Rochester on April 20) and Southern Tier (held in Elmira on June 1) events, and will help the Series wind down with its final Central New York event in Syracuse on June 22.

Cypress of Raleigh Villa D is the fourth CCRC condominium at the Cypress of Raleigh community. The five-story, cast-in-place,
post-tensioned structure features a steel and wood truss roofing system, and a façade that consists of brick, precast and siding.
Villa D contains 57 condominiums, with seven different floor plans—each with a fully customizable unit. Construction began in
late March and will be completed August 2018.

scope(s) of work it is contracted for.
Download or screen shot proof of existence in the directory, along with current commodity codes (and neatly save
the file in the project folder) the day the utilization plan is submitted to a government agency/authority.
Follow the LeChase guidelines for prequal regarding contract amount(s).
Check the LeChase prequal list to make sure each firm is XBE verified.
Please note: In order for the Corporate XBE Team and Risk Management Department to perform routine monitoring, a
copy of all submitted utilization plans should be stored by the project team in the XBE folder (Utilization Plans) via LeChase
Dropbox. Please use the following file naming convention: Project Number_Project Name_Submission Date (e.g.,
