Cypress of Raleigh Villa D is the fourth CCRC condominium at the Cypress of Raleigh community. The five-story, cast-in-place,

post-tensioned structure features a steel and wood truss roofing system, and a façade that consists of brick, precast and siding.

Villa D contains 57 condominiums, with seven different floor plans—each with a fully customizable unit. Construction began in

late March and will be completed August 2018.

Follow the LeChase guidelines for prequal regarding contract amount(s).

Check the LeChase prequal list to make sure each firm is XBE verified.
