The LCpl. Leon B. Deraps Memorial Scholarship Fund 8 th Annual 5 Mile Walk/Run/Ride 9:00am ~ Saturday, May 7th, 2016 Location: We are starting at Advanced Chimney, 365 W. Row St. at the corner of Hwy 1-79 & Hwy. 87 in Jamestown. Ending at Assumption Catholic Church at Cedron. Registration: Please register before FRIDAY, April 15th 2016 ONLINE @ www.leonderaps.net OR Send participant(s) name(s), Tee-shirt size(s) and $25.00 ($15.00 for 18 to 12 years of age and 12 and under is $10.00) to: Kim Barbour ~ 21239 Highway 179 ~ Jamestown, MO 65046 You may register the day of the event for $30.00; however you may not receive a tee. We will have a limited quantity of extra shirts available while they last. Tee Shirt Info: We will only be making one tee shirt order. You MUST register before the deadline in order to ensure a tee. Please double-check your size at the time you submit your order. There will be no exchanges available! Thank you for your understanding. Sign In: 8:00 am ~ 8:45 am. Start of event is 9:00am. Walk/Run Participants: Please park at Assumption Catholic Church at Cedron (off of Hwy D) and ride the shuttle bus to Advanced Chimney for REGISTRATION.(Last shuttle leaves PROMPTLY at 8:45 am) NEW: EVERYONE WILL REGISTER/SIGN IN AT ADVANCED CHIMNEY! Shorter routes available upon request. Water stations will be located along the route. Concessions are available at the Cedron grounds following the event. (Hot dogs/Chips/Cookies/Fruit/Drinks) For your convenience we are offering meal tickets to be pre- purchased at the registration table for $4.00.
