1.0 INTRODUCTION 介绍

Welcome to the Litens Automotive Packaging Guide. This guide is intended to be a tool to assist suppliers in shipping parts in proper packaging and it applies to all incoming packaging. Any deviations or special packaging requests must be approved by Litens Packaging Designer to be accepted.

欢迎参阅莱顿包装指南。本指南目的是协助供应商选用合理的包装方式来运输零件，任

何的非标准或特殊包装经由莱顿包装工程师接受、认可后才可以生效。

Non-conformance to this guideline may lead to: 不符合本准则可能导致如下后果：

a) Non-conformance ticket issued to the supplier. 供应商将会收到违规通告。 b) Loss of points on supplier ratings. 供应商评级降低。 c) Repacking with all associated costs being directed to the supplier. 产生其他包装费用由

供应商承担。

2.0 SUPPLIER REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 供应商要求和职责

All suppliers MUST: 适应所有供应商： • Understand and comply with the guidelines and requirements detailed in this guide.

If a supplier encounters a discrepancy or situation which is not covered by this guideline, it is the supplier’s sole responsibility to contact a Litens Packaging Designer to discuss。理解并遵守本指南详细的要求。

供应商如果遇到疑问或特殊情况不适用本指导的，请联系莱顿包装工程师申述。

• Before PPAP，The supplier submit a completed “LAC Packaging Approval Specification Data Sheet ” which is available for download at http://litens.com/links.cfm under section “Supplier → Supplier Information → Forms”. • Ensure that all packaging is durable and that the components are packaged properly to

maintain product quality to the point of use. 确保所有的包装持久耐用，在其使用期限内产品质量有所保障。

• Ensure their packaging design: 设计确认： - Protects the product. For example: Raw metal must be protected with RP oil, VCI

packaging or a combination of both RP oil and VCI packaging. 保护产品。例如：金属材料须有 RP油，VCI包装，或者带有 RP油和 VCI组合包装

- Is ergonomic for all users. 符合人体工程学。

• Ensure that any hazardous material has the appropriate regulatory labeling and complies with the appropriate regulation of the transportation mode. 确保一切有害物质有要求的法规标签，而且物流运输模式要符合规定。

• Never deviate from approved packaging without the written consent of a Litens Packaging

3.0 ENVIRONMENTAL COMMITMENT 环境承诺

Litens Automotive is committed to protecting the environment at every stage of the production process. For this reason, suppliers must respect the following objectives: 莱顿汽车所有阶段的产品均符合环保要求，供应商必须满足环保要求。

• Use only materials which can be recycled within China 仅用适用中国的可回收材料。

• All plastics must be marked with the material identification symbol to aid in recycling (see Appendix ‘A’) 所有塑料必须有材质和回收标识。（见附录“A”）

• Never ship materials which may be identified as being hazardous. 拒绝运输任何含有危害的材料。

4.0 EXPENDABLE CONTAINERS (CARTONS) 一次性包装（纸箱）

Suppliers MUST: 要求供应商： • Design and place all packaging into unit loads (for easy fork lift handling). 设计并放置所有的运输包装。（叉车装卸方便）

• Ship in complete layers. Pyramid loads are unacceptable! 托盘每层摆放满箱，拒收不满层。

• Ensure that all banding or strapping is made of plastic (no metal) .缠绕膜和捆绑带塑料材质（非金属）。

• Ensure pallets are made of solid wood and are 4-way entry.四向进叉车口的木制托盘。

• Non Domestic Export pallets are heat treated and stamped. Refer to SECTION 11.0 Phytosanitary Regulation. 进口托盘要熏蒸标识印记。见检疫规则 11.0

• Ensure single cartons weigh less than 15 kg, full skids less than 500 kg .小箱不超过 15

公斤，整托不超重 500公斤。

Suppliers please remember: 供应商请注意

• DO NOT stacking two parts number on one pallet. 不允许一个托盘堆垛两个料号。

• DO NOT allow corrugate packaging to overhand off the sides of the pallet because this will cause failure when be stacked.不允许包装箱超出托盘边缘，易引起堆垛压塌。

• DO NOT use steel banding。不允许使用钢性绑带。 • DO NOT use paperboard, molded chip, or corrugate pallets.不允许使用纸制的，压模的，波浪类托盘。

• DO NOT ship using broken or partially damaged pallets 不允许使用破裂的损坏的托盘。

• DO NOT ship unsafe skids 不允许不安全的运输。

5.0 RETURNABLE 周转包装

Suppliers MUST: 要求供应商：

• DO NOT stacking two parts number on one pallet. 不允许一个托盘堆垛两个料号。

• Design and place all packaging into unit loads (for easy fork lift handling). 设计并放置所有的运输包装。（叉车装卸方便）

• Ship in complete layers. Pyramid loads are unacceptable! 托盘每层摆放满箱，拒收不满层。

• Ensure that all banding or strapping is made of plastic (no metal). 缠绕膜和捆绑带塑料材质（非金属）。

• Ensure pallets are safe.所有托盘运输安全。 • Ensure packaging is kept clean and free of debris .包装清洁无杂物。 • Ensure packaging is not cracked or broken. 包装无破裂破损。

Suppliers please remember: 供应商请注意 • DO NOT allow returnable packaging to overhand the pallet .不允许可回收包装超出托盘边缘。

• DO NOT use steel banding 不允许使用钢绑带。 • DO NOT use paperboard, molded chip, or corrugate pallets.不允许使用纸制的，压模的，波浪类托盘。

• DO NOT affix totes to the base pallet using any adhesives .不允许使用任何粘合剂粘到料箱和托盘上。

5.1 QUICK REFERENCE 快捷参考

5.1．1 The supplier whom near by Suzhou plant, has signed the milkrun agreement with Litens Suzhou. Please submit the package design and select the container base on the recycle returnable container（Refer to 16.0 LAC RETURNABLE CONTAINER FOR DOMESTIC SUPPLIER.

已经和莱顿苏州签订 MILKRUN 运输线路的江浙沪地区的供应商优先选择可回收包装器

具；苏州莱顿提供可回收 EU周转箱（箱型尺寸参考规则 16.0 适用国内供应商周转器

具）。

5.1.2 Returnable container internal placement type：周转箱内的零件包装保护分为三类：

– The parts be putted in the EU box directly. 零件直接放进莱顿标准EU塑料箱内。

– The parts are divided into cell, using the protective layer to filing and be putted into EU

box. 零件有分隔包装，采用隔板或辅料填充后再放入莱顿标准EU塑料箱内。

– The parts are divided into cell, using the plastic tray to filing and be putted into big carton

or EU box; the big carton size must near by 1200*1000*600mm, the plastic tray is better for inner size of EU box or the special automatic line size 524*224*27mm.

零件采用大纸箱包装，大纸箱内装吸塑盒类材质做保护。大纸箱尺寸1200*1000*

600mm范围内，吸塑盒尺寸参考莱顿标准EU塑料箱内部尺寸或者自动化产线特定

尺寸 524*224*27mm.

5.1.3 The returnable container internal sealing requirment : If the parts packaging with plastic bag or VCI bag must be sealed. 周转箱内的零件包装密封性要求：带有塑料袋或VCI袋的包装必须密封袋口。

5.1.4 The returnable container cleanliness requirements: to keep all container clean without damage ( If the container was dirty and damaged by improper operated, The supplier should be responsible for the loss ) .

周转箱清洁度要求：供应商有责任保持所有周转器具洁净无损坏（如果供应商操作不当

使周转箱脏污或破损,莱顿仓库要追究其赔偿损失）。

• Ensure single cartons weigh less than 15 kg, full skids less than 500 kg.

小箱不超过 15公斤，整托不超重 500公斤。

• Packing volume rate more than 90%。包装容积率≥90%。

• On pallet EU box was limited to 5 layers, all shipments are less than 95cm high including the pallet. 托盘上周转箱限堆 5层，整托高度不超过 95公分。

5.1.5 Base on the business agreement and the characteristics of the production, the new supplier design suitable packaging :EXPENDABLE OR RETURNABLE.

莱顿新供应商根据商务协议选择适合产品特性的包装: 一次性包装或周转器具包装。 5.1.6 Packaging requirements Details refer to 8.0 COMPONENT PACKAGING SPECIFICATIONS

Litens prefers if suppliers can ship using containers which conform to the following sizes: 供应商可以使用符合下列尺寸的集装箱装运：

• 1200*1000*900cm • 1200*800*800cm

7.0 LOAD HEIGHTS 承载高度

Suppliers must ensure that all shipments are less than 90cm high including the pallet. 供应商必须确保所有货物高度小于 90cm，包括托盘。

8.0 COMPONENT PACKAGING SPECIFICATIONS 组件包装规范

8.1 OAD Pulley OAD轮

• Triple layer corrugated pallet sleeve lined with large 3-Mil VCI bag 3层瓦楞纸箱内铺放 VCI袋。

• Triple layer corrugated lids used for top and bottom of pallet sleeve 围板箱底部和顶部均需要放置 3层瓦楞盖板。

• VCI sheet in between each layer of parts in tray 每层吸塑盒之间铺放 VCI膜。

• Tray made with material greater than 0.8mm (0.030”) thick 托盘吸塑盒材质厚度大于 0.8mm (0.030”)。

• 2 tray option based on pulley diameter (21 or 17 parts per tray) 根据 Pulley尺寸仅在 2款吸塑盒式样中选择，（21只装或 17只装）。

8.2 E-Coated Pulley电镀轮

8.3 Plated Pulley 涂层轮

• Triple layer corrugated lids for top and bottom of pallet sleeve 围板箱底部和顶部均需要放置 3层瓦楞盖板。 • Corrugated layer pad and divider to separate bulk packaging of parts 瓦楞纸板和格档隔开放置每个零件。 • VCI paper lining each layer of parts 包装零件每层底部需要铺放 VCI纸。


8.4 OAD Shaft – Tray packaging OAD轴- 整装

• Triple layer corrugated pallet box lined with large 3-Mil VCI bag

• 2 tray options based on height of shaft (short or long tray) 根据轴尺寸仅在 2款吸塑盒式样中选择，（长轴或短轴）。

即托盘吸塑盒有固定尺寸和颜色要求。

8.5 Shaft – Bulk packaging 轴-散装

• Triple layer corrugated pallet box lined with large 3-Mil VCI bag. 3层瓦楞纸箱内铺放 VCI袋。

• Triple layer corrugated lids for top and bottom of pallet sleeve. 围板箱底部和顶部均需要放置 3层瓦楞盖板。

• Corrugated layer pad and divider to separate bulk packaging of parts.

8.6 Sprocket 链轮

• Supplier must follow guidelines outlined in section 4.0 Expendable Containers. 供应商必须遵守该章 4.0节的一次性包装要求。


8.7 Spacers垫片

• Triple layer corrugated pallet.

8.21 Coil Assembly 线圈组件



• Corrugated layer pad and divider to separate bulk packaging of parts. 瓦楞纸板和格档隔开放置每个零件。 • VCI sheet in between each layer of parts. 包装零件每层上部需要铺放 VCI膜。


9.0 BULK CONTAINERS 外装箱

• Bulk containers are accepted and should conform to standard sizing. Suppliers should ensure that optimum cubage is attained in an effort to minimize waste and lower freight costs 。外装箱被认可并符合标准尺寸。供应商应确保为了减少浪费和降低运费而选择最佳容器。

• Bulk container sidewalls should not exceed the perimeter of the base pallet 。外箱边沿不

应超过底座托盘的边缘。

• Bulk containers should weigh less than 500 kg 。外装箱总重量应小于 500公斤。

10.0 PALLETS 托盘

Note: If suppliers must ship on a pallet made of a material other than wood, written approval must be obtained from a Litens Packaging Designer prior to shipping.

注：供应商使用其他木材质托盘发货，在发货前必须获得包装工程师的书面批准。

All pallets MUST (be): 托盘具备条件： • 4-way entry style 四向嵌入型 • Either stringer or block style 横木条块型 • Undamaged 无破损 • Complete (no boards missing) 板块完整紧密 • Safe for all handlers (no protruding nails or sharp edges) 操作安全（边缘无毛刺锐角）

• If is export production ,it must meet the Phytosanitary regulation described in Section 11.0 满足植物检疫规定。

11.0 PHYTOSANITARY REGULATION ：植物检疫条例：

12.0 LABELLING AND IDENTIFICATION 标签标识

• Country of origin : xxxx (Apply only overseas) 原产地标识（海外件） All abroad suppliers must have the "origin" logo on the minimum package, which is indicated

on the minimum package, and marked on the box label and pallet label. 所有的海外件供应商最小包装必须有 “原产地”标识.此标识体现在最小包装外面,在箱

标签,托盘标签上注明.

The Container label and Master label both have the origin information-“country of origin : xxxx” 小箱标签和托盘标签两者都要具备原产地信息-country of origin : xxxx

Foreign suppliers: special mode of transport for air or express, in addition to the information on the label of origin box and tray, including goods at the minimum package (the first layer close to the packaging of goods) be required to paste labels of origin. 国外供应商的特殊情况：运输方式为空运或快递时，除了小箱及托盘标签上具备原产地信息

外，包括在货物最小包装处（紧贴货物的第一层包装）也需要贴上原产地标签.

• Not allow mix lot for small box, but allow not full box and mark on the label.小箱不允许混批次, 但允许不满箱并贴不满箱标签。

• Litens China run the FIFO base on three key information: manufacture date, vendor lot and

receive time.莱顿将组合三个关键信息管理先进先出：生产日期，供应商批次，收货时间。

• If one pallet load same part but different lot/MFG date, manufacture date used the one which qty is the most, and vendor lot use Mix+ max qty vendor lot + serial number eg: Mix160331A01. Box label please mark the exactly vendor lot and MFG date.

如果一个托盘有混批次情况：生产日期及供应商批次用量最大的那个，同时在供应商批

次前加上 Mix 及后面加序列号以区分.如下例：MIX160331A01.供应商小箱标签必须标清楚实际

Box and carton 小箱

Identical labels should be located on two adjacent sides of the box or carton. 相同标签应位于盒子或纸箱的两个相邻的侧面。 Labels should be located towards the upper corners. 标签应位于上角方向。 Cartons on pallet(COP) 托盘

Each carton should be marked individually and follow the box label requirement above.每小箱有单独标签并遵循以上标签要求。 Each skid must have a master label centered on two adjacent sides. 14.0 CLOSURES AND SEALING 密闭密封

15.1.1 ONE PART NUMBER ONE PALLE: One pallet only one MFG DATE parts. two MFG DATE parts must be placed separately pallet；two part numbers must be placed separately pallet； the space of layer was filled with empty containers and stick the empty label. 一个托盘只能放相同制造日期的相同产品料号;一个产品料号对应一个托盘；托盘不满层用空箱填满并作空

15.1.2 One version batch part one pallet: when the same batch part boxes not filled fully in pallet, the box placed on the pallet was more than one layer, it must be shipped with separately pallets; the space of layer was filled with empty containers and stick the empty label. 一个批次的零件一个托盘：当某一种料号的箱数为不满托盘，且箱数摆放托盘上超过一层时，必须采用单个

托盘放置单个料号零件；遵循托盘不满层空箱填满并作空箱标签识别，单独托盘分装单独料号

的堆叠原则。

The EU box pallet stocking reference：EU box on pallet limited to 5layes. (Refer to 16.0 The EU quantity on the wood pallet)； EU小箱在托盘上堆垛不超 5层，详见 16.0木托盘上放置 EU箱数

The packing list is placed in the upper turnover box of the tray, and the label of the tray is adhered to the lower left corner of the forklift inlet of the turnover box with a transparent adhesive tape, which is convenient for harvesting inspection。装箱单放置托盘上部周转箱

The pallet loads shall be adequately secured by shrink-wrap, stretch-wrap or plastic banding. It is the supplier’s responsibility to ensure skids are secure and safe. 满载托盘要匹配收缩拉伸性质的塑料缠绕膜及捆绑带。供应商确保整个运输过程中的货物
