Conductor1) For hard-drawn wire, use electrical & hard-drawn copper wires prescribed in KS C 3102.2) Composition use electrical & hard-drawn copper wire or wire similar to it prescribed in KSC 3102. The outest layer pitch should be 20
times less than outer diameter wire should be twisted with S-direction.
Insulation1) Insulated with outdoor black crosslinked polyethylene concentrically on conductor with no harmful void and defect. The thickness of insu-
lation shall be the average value resulted by measuring several points of same nominal section(6 points with equal interval). The valueshall be over 90% of value in the Table 1 and the minimum over 80% of it. Semi-conductive tape or extruded semi-conductive layer con-tacts with the conductor and the thickness related to that is included in that of insulation.
2) Insulation color is black.

Cable Description and Symbol
Construction and Material1. Conductor
The conductor shall consist of stranded tinned annealed copper wire complying with ASTM B33
2. InsulationThe conductor shall be uniformly covered with cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE) compound.The minimum average thickness and minimum thickness at any point shall be not less than the value in the attached table.
3. TwinningTwo insulated cores shall be uniformly twisted together to form a pair with a drain wire.And an aluminum-polyester tape shall be helically applied over the twisted pair with the metallic side down in electrical contact with a drain wire. If necessary, the binder tape may be applied overlap the aluminum-polyester tape. The color of pairs shall be as follow table.
4. AssemblyEach twisted pair shall be uniformly assembled with the left-hand lay(S) and a polyester tape may be helically applied over the assembled layer with a drain wire. If necessary, suitable non-hygroscopic filler may be applied between the pairs to form a circular cross-section
5. ShieldThe shield shall be helically applied over the assembly layer with a layer of copper tape anda suitable binder tape may be helically applied over the shield.The thickness of copper tape shall be given in the attached table.
6. Shield (Jacket)The shield shall be applied uniformly over the shield layer with cross-linked flame retardant halogen-free compound.The minimum average thickness and minimum thickness at any point shall be not less than the value in the attached table.The color of sheath shall be black.

CombinationEach paired wire string shall be uniformly twisted with S-type direction. and then, wind Polyester tape on the combination layer. If necessary, put appropriate inclusions into the layer so that the original form of cable can be maintained.
ShieldingOverlap and wind bedding layer with 0.1mm-thick copper tape. And then, wind it with binder tape.
