I have recently completed both the British Film Institute (BFI) regional and residential film academy workshops as well as previously working on student films in my spare time. I am a reliable, hardworking student always aiming to achieve the best- of my ability. Film experience BFI Film regional academy - Visual effect co-ordinator, boom operator and final editor. BFI residential academy in VFX and animation - London - Director and editor of a VFX trailer “Janus” which was screened to industry professional through Film and Video workshop. Student film- “Deception” - Sound recorder and boom operator Work experience Burger King: October 2012 - April 2014 Customer service assistant, Serving customers, cleaning, ordering goods, replenishing stocks, money handling Vue Cinema Cambridge: May 2014 - December 2014 Usher - Showing costumers to their seats and cleaning the screen ready for the next screening. I learnt about behind the scenes such as how the projector works and the advertising section of film in cinemas like, how long they advertise before the film comes out and where they get the advertisements from and how important the previews are to the distribution companies Dominoes Pizza Delivery Driver: January 2015 - Present Delivering Pizza directly to costumers which allows me to develop my on road driving safety skills along with my social and interactive skills with the public Qualifications, skills and training: CS6 Software: English Language - C Premiere Pro - Advance English Literature - C After effect - Intermediate Maths - C Photoshop - Intermediate Science - C (x2) Film studies - B I.T - Merit (B) General Studies - C Psychology - D Physical Education - D Business - D Silver Art Award for the Regional BFI Film Academy
