Source of fund : Source of funds is the Mahapola funds of

government of Sri Lanka.

Superstructure

Superstructure consist of reinforced concrete 22 nos 300600 mm size columns,

06 nos 300300 mm size columns and 11 nos 225225 mm size columns fromground level to roof. First floor slab thickness is 150 mm and seating area of first

floor consist 150 mm thick slab strips and beam.

Roof

Zn/Al roofing materials rest on the steel trusses.

Floor finishes

Ground and First Floor - Cement rendered floor with approved colour

cement floating.

Wall finishesInternal - Smooth wall finished by two coats of wall putty & painted with

one coat of primer & two coats of emulsion paint.

External - Semi rough plasters & painted with one coat of primer & two

coats of weather shield paint.

Soffit - Smooth finished with two coats of wall putty and painted with one primer

coat & two coats of emulsion paint.

Doors & Windows

Natural anodized aluminum doors and windows.

500 PEOPLE CAN SIT THE FIRST FLOOR SEATING AREAS.
