Lavorazioni meccaniche

La nostra produzione si rivolge ad Aziende che

richiedono blocchi in acciaio oppure leghe

leggere. Un moderno e flessibile parco macchine

CNC , consente di realizzare lavorazioni

meccaniche di alta qualità.

Realizziamo sia blocchi singoli che di serie con

dimensioni fino a 1000 mm ed un peso fino a

3500Kg.

Sbavatura & Controllo Qualità

Tutti i blocchi sono accuratamente sbavati e lavati

manualmente foro per foro. Le operazioni sono

eseguite da Personale altamente qualificato e con

adeguate attrezzature. Dopo la sbavatura ed il

lavaggio il prodotto viene sottoposto ai controlli di

qualità in un ambiente separato dalla Produzione.

Machining

Our products are aimed at companies that require

steel or light alloys manifolds. We are equipped

with modern and flexible CNC machines for high

quality machining

We can produce single manifolds and series

production manifolds with dimensions up to 1000

mm and a weight up to 3500 Kg

Deburring & Quality Control

All manifolds are carefully de-burred and manually

washed. The operations are performed by highly

qualified technicians using special equipment. After

de-burring and washing the manifold is subjected to

quality control in a separate room from the

production area

Valvole a cartuccia a 2 vie

Le valvole a cartuccia a 2 vie, comunemente

chiamate anche elementi logici, sono state

progettate per il montaggio compatto

all’interno di blocchi idraulici ed hanno due

passaggi “A” e “B”. Il controllo della portata tra

questi due passaggi viene eseguito

idraulicamente per mezzo di un pilotaggio

tramite il condotto “X”. L’esecuzione base è

costituita da una cartuccia che ha al suo interno

un cono scorrevole tenuto chiuso in posizione

dall’azione di una molla. Le cartucce a 2 vie

possono essere attraversate dal flusso sia da A

verso B che da B verso A. La forma del cono sulla

cartuccia permette una chiusura a tenuta. La

molla di chiusura è tenuta in posizione da un

coperchio che contiene anche il pilotaggio “X”.

2- way Cartridge valves

The 2-way cartridge valves, commonly called

logical elements, are designed for to be

introduced into a compact hydraulic manifolds.

The 2-way cartridge valve have two main ports

"A" and "B".

The control of the flow between these two main

ports is hydraulically controlled by an hydraulic

signal on the port "X".

The basic execution is formed by a cartridge

that has in its interior a sliding cone held in

closed position by the action of a spring. The

cartridges 2-way may be crossed by the flow

from A to B and from B to A. The shape of the

cone on the cartridge allows a tight seal. The

closing spring is held in place by a cover which

also contains the pilot "X".

2- way ACTIVE Cartridge

The 2-way ACTIVE cartridge valves , are

designed to eliminate any possible limitation of

the classical logic elements. The ACTIVE

cartridges valves are equipped with a double

effect active control piston that allows you to

open or close the spool of the cartridge

according to the real needs of the circuit. (See

ducts 'x' and 'y'). Thanks to this feature the

active cartridges valve are also 15 times faster

than a traditional on-off cartridge valve.

Cartuccia ATTIVE a 2 vie

Le valvole a cartuccia ATTIVA a 2 vie, sono

progettate e pensate per eliminare ogni

possibile limitazione dei classici elementi logici.

Le cartucce attive sono dotate di un pistone di

comando a doppio effetto che permette di aprire

o chiudere lo spool della cartuccia in base alle

reali esigenze circuitali. ( vedi condotti « x « ed

« y « ). Grazie a questa caratteristica le

cartucce attive arrivano ad essere anche 15

volte più veloci di una classica cartuccia on-off.

Permanent magnetic couplings - giunti magnetici

METAU

Utilizzare i sistemi a trascinamento magnetico

significa eliminare ogni possibile trafilamento o

contaminazione indesiderata di fluidi o gas da un

ambiente ad un altro. E’ così possibile rispettare

le varie regolamentazioni atte al rispetto

dell’ambiente. ( vedi ad esempio la direttiva

Europea IPPC 96/61/C )

I giunti a trascinamento magnetico sono inoltre

esenti da manutenzione e quindi azzerano i costi

dovuti a ricambi o fermi macchina inaspettati.

eliminate any possible leakage or unwanted

contamination of fluids or gases from one

environment to another. and 'as possible to meet

the various environment regulations .

Il GMDO è un giunto a magneti permanenti capace di

trasmettere la coppia grazie al campo magnetico

che si instaura tra il rotore interno e quello esterno.

L’utilizzo del giunto magnetico è consigliato nelle

applicazioni in cui è necessario separare

ermeticamente due zone evitando trafilamenti di

fluidi o gas da un ambiente ad un’ altro. L’esempio

classico è legato all’applicazione sulle pompe per

trasferimento fluidi in cui il fluido pompato non

deve venire a contatto con l’ambiente esterno.

L’utilizzo del giunto magnetico permette inoltre di

non trasmettere vibrazioni e carichi assiali e radiali

all’albero pompa.

The GMDO is a permanent magnet designed to

transmit torque thanks to the magnetic field

established between the inner and outer rotor.

The use of magnetic couplings is recommended

whenever it is necessary to hermetically

separated two zones in order to prevent fluid or

gas leakage from an area to another. An example

application is fluid transfer pumps. In this

applications the fluid must not come into contact

with the external environment. The magnetic

coupling also prevents the transmission of

vibrations and axial / radial loads to the drive

shaft
