APPALACHIAN HEALTH & WELL-BEING FORUM Monday, July 25, 2016, from 6:30 to 8 pm Forum The Appalachian Health and Well-Being Forum celebrates communities and partners working to develop and sustain a healthier, more resilient Appalachia. The forum will include a panel of local community and health leaders who will highlight model programs and activities; share success stories and lessons learned; and provide opportunities to connect individuals and groups working in overlapping areas to improve the overall health and well-being of Eastern Kentucky.
