NTOWN SKYSCRAPER, FRANKLIN E.
Wh en the Tips Building was completed in 1877, it was the largest and most imposing structure in downtown Austin.
Now it's Franklin Savings' new home office. As our fourth restoration project to date, it's still another example of the diverse ways in which
.,;
Franklin's local ownership works harder for ' Austin.
The Tips Building: an enduring testament to our belief that, in order to know where we're going as a community, we need to know where we've been.
