The MTM900 series, designed and produced from the diameter 35 mm (1 3/8” inches) to the diameter 200 mm (8” inches), is an innovative product that provides high capacity to compensate for angular, axial and radial misalignment. Realized for the market of small and medium-sized
vessels, it is a more high-tech alternative to the rubber bellows seals market. The design of the MTM900 series is standardly
manufactured in technopolymer which guarantees not to have problems of wearing, drilling or fire to which instead the rubber is subject . Being all components of the seal made by CNC machines, we can produce the MTM900 of any size and material. Thanks to the pre-load system, the mechanical seal is
easy to install and does not require additional controls. In addition to the connection hole for the lubrication with water, other holes (optional) can be added, on which the sensors can be connected in order to control the flow, the pressure, the water temperature and the axial and radial vibrations The MTM900 series can be provided in several versions:
MTM904, with the sliding rings in two halves; MTM905, with the sliding rings in two halves and with the pneumatic barrier system (Watershield®) integrated; MTM908, with the pneumatic barrier system (Watershield®) integrated. MTM909, with the pneumatic barrier system (Watershield®) integrated and with the body of the seal completely designed in two halves. The “two halves repair kit”, which is available for the
versions with the Watershield® and with the sliding rings in two halves, ensures the reduction of the tripping time and of the cost by operating directly in water and without moving any of the components of the propulsion line. It is particularly essential in the V-Drive propulsion systems. Thanks to the FEM simulation technology and to the
tests performed both in the laboratory and into the sea, the MTM900 Series guarantees the achievement of performance exceeding 25,000 hours of continuous operation. The recreational marine has never been so safe and simple.
La serie MTM900, progettata e realizzata dal diametro 35 mm (1 3/8” inches) sino al diametro 200 mm (8” inches), è un prodotto innovativo che assicura un’elevata capacità di compensazione ai disallineamenti angolari,assiali e radiali. Realizzata per il mercato delle piccole e medie
imbarcazioni, si candida come alternativa, a più alto contenuto tecnologico, al mercato delle tenute con soffietto in gomma. La MTM900 è realizzata, di serie, in tecnopolimero che
garantisce di non aver problemi di invecchiamento, di foratura o di incendio a cui invece è soggetta la gomma.
Realizzata totalmente da macchine CNC, possiamo costruire MTM900 di qualsiasi dimensione e materiale. Grazie al sistema di precarico integrato nella tenuta,
risulta di facile installazione e non richiede controlli aggiuntivi. Oltre al foro di connessione per la lubrificazione con acqua, possono essere aggiunti altri fori (opzionali) a cui poter connettere la sensoristica per il controllo del flusso, della pressione, della temperatura dell’acqua e delle vibrazioni assiali e radiali. La serie MTM900 è prevista in più versioni: MTM904 con
anelli striscianti in due metà; MTM905 con anelli striscianti in due metà e sistema pneumatico di sbarramento (Watershield®) integrato; MTM908 con sistema pneumatico di sbarramento (Watershield®) integrato; MTM909 con sistema pneumatico di sbarramento (Watershield®) integrato e corpo della tenuta totalmente in due metà. Per le versioni con anelli striscianti in due metà e
Watershield® è disponibile il “two halves repair kit” che garantisce la riduzione del tempo di intervento e del costo operando direttamente in acqua e senza dover muovere nessuno dei componenti della linea di propulsione. Particolarmente essenziale nei sistemi di propulsione “V-Drive”. Grazie alla tecnologia di simulazione FEM, ai numerosi
test compiuti in laboratorio e direttamente in mare, la serie MTM900 garantisce il raggiungimento di performance superiori alle 25.000 ore di funzionamento continuativo. Il diporto non è mai stato così sicuro e semplice.

Oltre alla manutenzione sul posto è possibile sostituire ogni suo componente o avvalersi del service Microtem. Nessuna esigenza di cantiere, nessun fermo temporale.
