SIZES / SPECIFICATIONSAcceptable file formatsAll files and supporting graphics are to be CMYK. Only the following file formats will be accepted: PDF, JPEG, TIFF, EPS, or PSD. All graphic components must be high resolution (300 dpi minimum at 100% of the final print size) and must include all layers. If we are making your ad and you require a specific color you must provide the CMYK values according to the PANTONE® color system. If furnishing color copies or digital color proofs, color cannot be guaranteed. INCLUDE ALL FONTS (press optimized, with all fonts embedded). If fonts are not provided, Georgia Family reserves the right to substitute the clos-est font available.

Getting your file to usFiles must be emailed to your sales representative or emailed to [email protected] by deadline (10th of the month prior to the month of publi-cation). If files are too large to email, they may be submitted to our FTP site. When submitting spreads they should be prepared as separate full page ads to ensure proper bleed. (See full page bleed dimensions).

Ad creation and ad change policyOne ad is created FREE of charge by our production department on any new contract, if desired. After the initial ad is approved any addi-tional changes at any time will incur a production charge of $25 each time the ad requires a change (sizing, type, artwork, etc.). Ad redesignsmay be had at $75. Ads created by us are copyrighted and may not be used in other publications without a written release and a fee is paid at $275 per ad. We will not modify released ads in any way.

All change requests must be submitted in writing at one time via email to your sales rep or emailed to [email protected] no later than the 10th of the month prior to the month of insertion. If a blatant deviation from submitted written instructions occurs through the fault of our production department, only then will the change fee be waived. If a “camera-ready” ad is received and requires any adjust-ments whatsoever a $25 fee will be charged.

DEADLINES: 1) Space & Shape Reservation: Advertiser must email [email protected] no later than the deadline of the 5th of the month prior to the month of publication if the size and/or shape of your ad will be changing. 2) Materials & Directions: All ad materials and written directions to create a new ad or change an existing ad are due no later than the 10th of the month prior to the month of publication and should be submitted BY EMAIL to your sales rep or to [email protected].

Ad Approval Requirements For all non-camera ready ads, advertiser will receive an ad proof by e-mail. Proof must be approved or changes must be requested within 48 hours of receipt. All corrections are to be clearly noted in writing via a reply email. Lack of response in a timely manner will result in the ad being pulled from publication and advertiser being billed as if the ad had run.
