I understand that a camera will only be lent to me on production of my booking form andcontract signed by myself and a paient/ guardian if shooting off site' I agree to keep thepaperwork-safe in my project folder, and to bring it with me when I collect the camera.2. I understand that Careless or silly behaviour can result in unnecessary damage being

caused to the cameras, and I promise to follow basic safety procedures as taught in classwhen I am responsible for the camera.3, I agree to take the best possible care of the camera and accessories, and to report anydamage/ problems/ concerns to my teacher immediately.4. I will not lend the camera to anybody else during my booking unless authorised by myteacher.5. I promise to check the equipment when I have completed my shooting session, andbefore returning it to the Media Dept.6. I understand the need to return the equipment in full, at the time agreed on my bookingform.7.
