“ABL Based in New Jersey, The ABL (American Ballplayers League) is a fast-growing recreational sports league for adults and young professionals in Bergen, Essex, Hudson & Passaic counties. With over 100,000 participants since 2003, ABL Sports offers the most popular team sports for adults 18 & over with a focus on fun, safety and good sportsmanship. Formerly known as 'i9 Sports,' the ABL is more focused on adult players, and our new website reflects our goal of providing the most exciting Softball, Basketball, Flag Football and Soccer leagues throughout the region.
