As The Youth Director of the Middle School Ministry for Bayside Community Church at the East Bradenton Campus (broadcast campus), we experienced 60% growth in a year and a half. I oversaw 40 adult leaders 80+ student leaders and 350 students in attendance over the course of a weekend (which consisted of 3 fun-filled services). I was the primary communicator for the ministry at large, speaking 70% of all broadcast messages that would be recorded and given to the other 6 campuses. I established structure, teams, vision, goals and creative service flows that kept students engaged.
Prior to student ministry, I worked in the creative department as the lead graphic designer for Bayside Community Church. I was able to establish a brand, redesign the website, design series content: web, LED, screen, social media, and print material.
