A building reconstruction is developed in two ways:

As an independent object:

• Architectural and planning modifications;• Changing and strengthening of carrying and enclosing constructions;• An increase in the number of stories;• The facades renovations.

As a part of the town planning situations:

• General plan reorganization; • Addition or changing the function;• Disposal of new claimed objects within a radius of the building accessibility.

The reconstruction project involves:

a. The correct arrangement of the redevelopment purposes;

b. The selection of the methods according to the chosen purposes.
