In practice you need one code base, ideally mark-up, to describe interactive designs. Without this you are designing individual features to work in multiple in ways in numerous scenarios.

Do more with less…HTML5 forms part of rich user interfaces, however it cannot do it alone and to truly create interactive design you need more, but at the same time you need to do more with less.
