information about TNT, its subsidiaries, partners and subcontractors (hereinafter TNT) and the services that they offer. It is solely

intended as an expression of TNT's wish to enter negotiations with you regarding a transaction consistent with the terms and

conditions as set forth here in, subject to prior approval of TNT and you. Rates are not valid without a written approval of the

customer unless it is stated otherwise. The rates offered are based on the traffic profile and volumes provided by the customer. If

the actual volumes of traffic deviate significantly from the expected volumes, TNT reserves the right to review the rates offered. In

the case of non-usage of services for longer than 13 weeks rates become invalid. TNT reserves the right to change the rates with

a 10 working days notice. The carriage of cargo by air, road or any other related services will be subject to TNT General Terms

Fuel surcharge

Index linked charges are applied to all consignments to cover fluctuations in fuel price. For actual prices contact us at 6 271 900 or

TNT uses the volumetric conversion factor to calculate whether a shipment will be charged according to its statistical weight or

volumetric weight – whichever is greater.

TNT provides delivery services to business addresses as standard. Deliveries to residential addresses

incur an additional charge per shipment.
