To be able to live like a king & queen

My 7 Years Long Term Goal

To Earn RM 20,000 Passive Income

(from Investments, Group Sales & Career Benefit)

by January 2015,

so that I can be a full time father

and a part-time consultant.

My 2 Years Medium Term Goal

To be Promoted to

Group Agency Manager

by January 2011

with at least

2 Agency Managers,

15 Agency Supervisors

and 100 Agents.

My Goal for 2009

To Qualify Incentive Trip with Cash Money, with Personal Sales of RM 2.5 Million.

To Recruit 10 Direct Agent and 30 Indirect Agents.

Group Sales of RM 10 Million.

What I will do to achieve my Goal for 2009

1. See 10 People a week (for sales).2. See 5 Agents/ Prospective agents a week

(for recruitment).3. Organise GBOS to recruit agents once

every 2 month.4. Conduct training consistently 2 times a

month.5. Conduct seminars once every 3 months.6. Continuous learning from the successful

people through Success Agent Seminar, etc. etc.
