Buddy was found at a gas station in a diaper box where a man opened the box after hearing Buddy whimper and to his horror found the puppy with PVC glue in his eyes, nose, ears and throat. To add to Buddy’s torture he also had multiple fractures to his back legs. The man took Buddy to the vet, but due to his injuries he had to be euthanized.
