Myworldwall vision is to create a platform where self-expression, cultural values and diversity are encouraged regardless of races, ethnic background or religion. Myworldwall wants to break mental barriers and myths about cultures and eradicate ethnocentrism. By its mission, Myworldwall wants to educate, promote and encourage cultural differences throughout a world of inter and intra-cultural understanding, acceptance and tolerance.

FEATURES Cultural Values: A user can post pictures, videos related to a

specific culture by selecting a continent and a country. Stories and Experiences: A user can post by video or write story

and experience that corresponds to funny/inspiring/recommended categories.

Interests: A user can subscribe at free and select its category of interests by county, state, nationwide and worldwide.

Registry: A user can create dots of families, relatives or most precious substantial things of its lifetime for the next generation.

Ground & Online marketing strategy

The ground strategy to penetrate the market is to organize forums at different schools and Universities (Georgia Perimeter College, Georgia State University and Georgia Institute of Technology…) to explain the concept of Myworldwall and reach out to the target audience. Research on FindTheBest website shows that, the total number of students enrolled at Georgia Institute of Technology, Georgia State, and Georgia Perimeter (2012-2013) is 80,000.Through the Forums, Myworldwall plans to reach 10% of this target audience. Word of mouth advertising will enhance from these students. Schools’ Data obtained from findthebest.com

The online strategy is simply to make an effective web presence through the current social medias.

1) List My start (LMS DEMO) Advertising service is more focused on small businesses that target

and provides services to a specific audience based on culture such as restaurants, nights clubs, raves, shopping center. Myworldwall will take on the task to name and list all businesses on its page according to the users post, interests and location. 

Starting with Atlanta and its surroundings, businesses’ names and services will be listed on our website when our users show an interest in products or services they provide..  Myworldwall thus offers to small business the opportunity to grow their business through our social network. This is the game changer for business for businesses; placing your name out there when the users probably need it the most is a great way of boosting revenue.

2) Advertising revenue Stream With over 677,700 Registered ventures in Georgia, 97.5% are

categorized as small businesses with less than 500 employees, by the Federal government. Small businesses with less than 5 employees represent 87% according to “entrepreneur & small business quick facts.” With that target in mind and over 589,000 of that business, Myworldwall plan to reach 4% of small businesses in the LMS program and 1.5% of businesses in general advertising in Georgia by December 2015.

6)Team Training Program(TTP)

Short term : Evaluation of all staff to confirm existing competences and detect the weaknesses to be redressed.

Mid-Term: Design a thorough training program that takes into account a company culture.

Long-Term : Put in place an evaluation system to determine the skills required for every employee to perform to the best of his or her ability. Provide in a timely manner the training required to keep up with the fast growing and changing industry in the domain of activity we are in, otherwise we will disappear.
