The ARC Sacred Center is a non-profit* spiritual community center created for the purpose of offering a gathering place for spiritual exploration and teaching, freedom of spiritual expression, and healing for the body, mind and soul. The Center serves all beings of diverse backgrounds, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status and cultural upbringing through supportive and rich experiential offerings and services in the healing arts and interfaith spiritualism. “My Little Light” Children’s Program

Our children’s program meets during Interfaith Service Gatherings and is offered to children ages 2-12. Lessons are designed to teach our children about mind, body and spirit and are focused around the same theme as the service. They include meaningful and fun activities and projects surrounding the concepts of love, spirit and self-awareness.

Teen Connections

Our Teen Connections program meets bi-monthly on Friday evenings. It is a safe place to hang out and have fun while getting to know others. At Teen Connections you’ll feel like you belong, your questions and opinions are taken seriously, and you can feel the freedom to be YOURSELF! Scholarships are available if needed.

MASSAGE

Therapeutic Massage is a gentle, effective therapy that relieves pain and helps heal certain conditions and prevent their return. Therapeutic massage relieves tension, pain or restricted movement resulting from accidents, repetitive actions and everyday stresses that keep you from living the life you want. Therapeutic massage is a full-body or area-specific massage concentrating on any problem spots.

Prenatal Massage is a wonderful way to relax, increase your energy, and relieves discomfort during your pregnancy. Massage helps with many of the aches and pains experienced during pregnancy by loosening tight muscles, calming the nervous system, increasing circulation, bringing energy-producing nutrients to the cells and carrying away metabolic waste that makes you feel listless. It relieves tension headaches, reduces excess fluid retention, slows the progress of varicose veins, and relieves muscle and joint pain. Special care is made to ensure that the mother-to-be is comfortable during the session.

Swedish Massage is a very calming and relaxing massage that will de-stress your entire body.

ENERGY WORK

Reconnective Healing® uses powerful new spectrum healing frequencies to allow for the healing of the body, mind and spirit. This is a hands-off type of healing that is used on all levels. The effects of Reconnective Healing® are so powerful that the body taps into the Source (God, Love or Universe) allowing shifts to occur that promote profound healing.

Reiki is a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki is the Japanese word for universal life energy. Reiki sessions use little or no pressure to transfer the earth’s energy to help bring balance to your mind and body. When the “life force energy” is low, we are more likely to get sick, but if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
