DAV360 Voluntary Services

DAV360 is the DAV’s new computer system. Voluntary Services is one of the first departments to be converted into this new format. Over the next several years, Membership, Fundraising, the DAVA and select other departments will also be moved into this new system. This will allow us to keep all of information in one central location, we will no longer have to look at multiple systems to access and update the information for one person.

*Voluntary Services is tentatively scheduled to go live on DAV360 in 2015.

Signing up a DAV/DAVA Volunteer

• Volunteers that are currently in the DAV VS database will have all information moved over to DAV360. There is no need to create a new account.

• New volunteers will need to create an account in DAV360. This will replace the current Form 20.

Hours for the Transportation Network, VA Voluntary Services (VAVS) and Local Veterans Assistance Program (LVAP) can now be entered directly into the DAV360 system.

Hours will be entered using the DAV360 Staff Site

*Reports can still be mailed or emailed to the Voluntary Services department for entry if there is no access to a computer system.

The Jesse Brown Memorial Youth Scholarship (JBYMS) application and nomination form will be moved into DAV360 for the 2016 Award Year.

The application process will begin November 2, 2015.

Jesse Brown Memorial Youth Scholarship ProgramTo begin the nomination, you will enter the youth’s birthdate.

*If the volunteer is over the age of 21, you will see a notice that the youth is not eligible to apply for the JBYMS.

The system will ask you to confirm that the volunteer has contributed more than 100 hours of service during their lifetime.

The DAV and DAVA George H. Seal Award (GHS) nomination form will be moved into DAV360 for the 2016 Award Year.

This application will be found on the DAV360 Staff Site

To begin the nomination, you will choose whether the nominee is a DAV or DAVA member.

*If the volunteer is not a member, you will see a notice that they are not eligible for the award.
