NOTE: Use the following torquespecifications for all hardware: ½”hardware 73 ft-lbs, 3/8” hardware 42ft-lbs, 5/8” hardware 177 ft-lbs.
1. Prior to cab installation, remove2-post ROPS guard (keep hardware to be re-used later); upper toolboxcrossmember (re-installed later);disconnect rear flashers; and disconnectlower 3-point support (remounted on rear cab bracket). If tractor is equipped with front loader, detach loader to make cabinstallation easier.
2. Take the left rear cab bracket andposition it on the axle of the tractor asshown in Figure 1. Re-use the factoryROPS hardware and loosely bolt onto the axle. Re-install the lower ROPScrossmember with the factory hardware. Re-bolt the fender to the rear bracket aswell. DO NOT securely fasten thebracket until the cab has been installed.
3. Repeat for the right side and rightbracket. See Figure 2. Loosely fastenthe lower ROPS crossmember into place.
4. Take the left front cab bracket. Iftractor is not equipped with a mid mount mower or loader it will be necessary touse two plate spacers per side for theloader, and use one tube spacer for

mid-mount attachment for the lower,rear bolt hole on the bracket. If tractorhas front loader remove the three boltsfor the bracket as shown in Figure 3 forthe front bracket, and then use newhardware. If tractor has no loader, usethe provided M16 x 2.0 x 60MM hex bolts and 5/8” lock washers to fasten frontbracket into place. The tube spacer isused for the lower rear bracket if nomid-mower is present. Loosely fastenthe bracket.
5. Repeat for the right side and rightbracket. See Figure 4. Loosely fastenthe bracket only at this point.
6. Take the toolbox crossmemberremoved earlier and place in between the two rear cab brackets. Remove the SMVsign and bracket for now. Bolt thecrossmember on the OUTSIDE of therear brackets with the factory hardware. See Figure 5.
7. Remove the three bolts holding thehydraulics control cover and move covertowards centre of tractor (extra room isneeded when cab is lowered onto tractor).
8. Move to the cab. Remove the leftdoor, right escape window, and lowerright window before proceeding. Takethe cab lift brackets, and attach to theholes in the upper A-C crossmember asshown in Figure 6. Attach a lifting strap or chain to the lift brackets and lift thecab off the shipping pallet (unbolt cabfrom shipping brackets before lifting).

9. Use the Figures 7-10 as a guide andinstall the O-rubber weatherstripping.
10. Now you are ready to install the cab. Place one rubber isolator onto each cabbracket mount plate. Lift the cab overthe tractor. Slowly lower the cab,keeping the cab roughly centred over themachine. Be careful around the fenderhandles as it is very tight to the cabframe in that location. Ensure that theisolator fits into the mount plate of thecab, and then use hardware in the ordershown in Figure 11 with ½” x 3” hex

bolts, ½” lock washers, ½” hex nuts,rubber flat washers and 9/16” x 2 ½”steel flat washers. Now that all thehardware has been started, torque ALLhardware to the specifications provided.
11. Re-install the hydraulics controlcover with the factory hardware.
12. Take the left front enclosure shield. Install 180° O-rubber on the radiusedside as shown in Figure 12. Using ¼” x½” flange bolts and ¼” flange nuts, boltthe shield into place with the shieldsealing up against the tractor bellhousing.
13. Repeat for the right front enclosureshield. See Figure 13.
14. Take the clutch shield and install180° O-rubber on the inside edge of theshield as shown in Figure 14. It will benecessary to slide the rear edge of theshield under the tractor heavy-dutyfloormat. Using ¼” x ½” flange bolts and ¼” flange nuts, bolt the shield into place.
15. Take the brake shield and install180° O-rubber on the insid eedge of theshield as shown in Figure 15. It will benecessary to slide the rear edge of theshield under the tractor heavy-dutyfloormat. Using ¼” x ½” flange bolts and ¼” flange nuts, bolt the shield into place. Take the small upper brake shield partand install on the forward edge to sealoff the pedal boxing further.
16. Now install the electrical harnesses. Connect the heavy red wire to 12V. Connect the heavy black wire to main

tractor ground. Connect orange wire to a switch source on the tractor.
If cab is equipped with the heater option, please proceed with the steps 17-19.
17. Drain anti-freeze from engine beforeproceeding. Locate thermostat housingand remove plug for pressure fitting (1). Remember to use water sealant aroundthe threads of the fitting. Take the3/8NPTx3/8” barb 90° fitting and screwinto that port (see Figure 16). Locate the plug on the water pump and remove plug for suction fitting (2). Take the3/8NPTx3/8” barb 180° fitting and screwinto that port (see Figure 17).
18. Locate the heater hose that iscoming out the bottom of the A-post ofthe cab and route the hoses into theengine compartment towards thefittings. Cut the hose once you haveensured that there is adequate hose foreach fitting. Route the hose labelledpressure to the pressure fitting, ensurethat the hose does not interfere with anymoving components and tie down if
necessary, and install the hose onto thepressure fitting with the HS-6 hoseclamp provided. Take the other hose and route to the suction fitting, ensure thatthe hose does not interfere with anymoving components and tie down ifnecessary, and install the hose onto thefitting with the HS-6 hose clampprovided.
19. Ensure that all connections aretight, then begin re-filling engineanti-freeze. Open the water valve withthe rotary switch in the cab headliner.

Start the engine and run at PTO RPMfor 5 minutes to buid up engine coolantheat. Check for any leaks and addanti-freeze as required. In order for theheater to perform at maximumefficiency, it is necessary to purge thecoolant system of ALL air. TIP: removethe rad cap while the engine is running. Continue running the engine and addingcoolant until the heater is producingHOT air. It is necessary to remove allair from the system to produce hot air atthe heater, so it is necessary to continuetweaking the system until that occurs.
20. Take cab floormat pieces. Place theleft platform extension floormat over thesheetmetal extension at the bottom ofthe doorway and glue into place. Takethe platform floormat and slide aroundthe posi-track pedal if so equipped andglue into place. Take the clutch pedalfloormat and position into the boxingwith the flap down and glue into place. Use Figure 18 as a guide. Repeat for theright side, use Figure 19 as a guide.
21. To ensure maximum protectionagainst noise and moisture penetration,use a black urethane sealant to fill allholes and openings around installedfront enclosure shields and floormat.
22. Take the SMV sign and bracket.Remove the bracket from the SMVmount bracket. Take the provided SMVmounting plate and bolt the mount plateto the bracket with the factory fasteners. Take the mount bracket and bolt to thecab mounting bracket located under theC-C crossmember, in the centre of themember, with the provided 3/8” x ¾”flange bolts. See Figure 22. Place theSMV sign into the mounting bracket.
23. Take the left fender reinforcementbracket and a 5/16” x 1” button headscrew, 5/16” fender washer, and a 5/16”nylon lock nut and go to the inside corner

of the rear steel panel and left side steelpanel as shown in Figure 23. Positionthe bracket as shown, then mark anddrill a 3/8” hole through the fender. Boltbracket on in order to tightenweatherseal to the fender. Repeat forthe right fender and use Figure 24 asreference.
24. Take the flasher lights removed from the 2-post ROPS and bolt onto thebracket that is on the cab.
