SELECTION PROCESS: The eligible candidates shall be issued Admit Cards to apin recruitment tests. The date and place of recruitment test will be indicated in Admit Card. Candidawill have to undergo the following tests: a) Height Bar At the very beginning, candidates wasked to go through the height bar test. The candidates not meeting the prescribed height wieliminated. b) Race - The candidates, who qualify the Height Bar Test will be subject to 1.6 km to be completed within 10 minutes to qualify for further tests. No marks will be awarded for this and it will be only qualifying in nature. c) Checking of documents - The original documencandidates will be checked by the board. Original documents will be returned on the spot averification and photocopies will be retained with the application form. d) Physical Standard(PST): Candidates found eligible in documentation will be screened for height, chest and wemeasurements by the Board. Note Qualifying marks shall be 35% for General Candid& Ex-Servicemen and 33% for Scheduled Case/Scheduled Tribes/Other Backward Class inWritten Examination and Trade Test. g) Interview (20 marks): The candidates who qualify the ttest will be put through an Interview to check personal bearing, response, aptitude and general lof intelligence etc. Though, there will be no qualifying marks for Interview but the marks obtainethe candidates will be included at the time of preparing the Merit List. h) Merit List: The meritin each category namely, Un-reserved, SC, ST, OBC & Ex-Servicemen on the basis of marks obtaby the candidate in the Written Examination, Trade Test and Interview will be prepared. candidates shall be called for Detailed Medical Examination as per the category-wise vacanciethe basis of merit. i) Detailed Medical Examination: Candidates shortlisted in order of merit prepon the basis of marks obtained in the tests mentioned above, will be put through medical examinto assess their fitness as per the standards fixed for recruitment to the respective post/trade. j) Ap
