NRG BAG ® is a fitness tool created by Igor Castiglia and produced by Sellfit Srl.

This piece of equipment is extremely easy to use and at the same time excellent for performing functional training concept.

NRG BAG ® is a heavy bag available in 3 different weights:• 6 kg (13.22 Lbs )• 8 kg (17.64 Lbs )• 10 kg (22.04 Lbs )

Four handles, two on the front side and two on the lateral side, allow you to practice many functional and ballistic exercises, alone and with a partner.

One of the main focuses is that the equipment was made based on the program NRG BAG FUNCTIONAL TRAINING ® , this makes the project complete, offering the trainers the chance to create immediately one on one or small group sessions.

The Educational program of NRG BAG FT ® has two modules called NRG BAG Continuous Training and NRG BAG Chart Workout.

The first one is based on the creation of functional exercise combinations, following specific target (Balance, Power, Endurance) training.The second one is a high performing system with an individual score chart  

Both programs are based on a specific exercise library.

NRG BAG ® is sold in Italy, Spain and Germany, with a formula that combines equipment and educational courses.  We are looking for international partners wich are interested in distribution and development NRG BAG FT ® in their country.
