The 2014 location plan submitted with the Form TP1 (page 6 hereto) was created by AJH Associates. . The 2014 location plan on page 6 hereto is a falsely-amended version of a falsely-created "Site Location" plan for "The Stables, Duck Street, Clitheroe, BB7 1LP" which was procedurally-irregularly validated and registered by Ribble Valley Borough Council's Local Planning Authority in 2012 and in 2013 (see next page for a copy of the said "Site Location" plan). . The 2014 location plan on page 6 hereto was forged from a pirate digital copy of circa 1996 Ordnance Survey Mapping Data which AJH Associates simultaneously used in 2014 in a false planning application for the "Club" at 22 Wellgate, Clitheroe. .. AJH Associates were challenged by Planning Officer Stephen Kilmartin, who noticed that the "Club" Location Plan was . (1) "corrupt", . (2) at odds with the position and measurements on the ground, . (3) at odds with what Mr Kilmartin believed to be the “current” Ordnance Survey Mapping Data for the area. . Mr Kilmartin also noticed that the “Club” location plan outlined land which, contrary to the Certificate of Ownership 'A' on the planning application form, was otherwise not owned by the applicant (some of the outlined land being "common land").
