• Client to provide on Laptop with HDMI Output, proper power cord and adaptors for HDMI • PowerPoint should be in 16:9 Format

Static Logo or Graphic

• Client to provide on thumb drive/zip/memory stick 30 minutes prior. • Please note if using the entire Ballroom, please supply graphic for each display on separate zip if

different graphics are required. Ballroom Special Features:

• Two wireless blue tooth devices available or we can plug in any device client provides with a 1/8” headphone jack such as laptop, MP3, or iPod.

• Ballroom has the capabilities to send audio/visual to Vapor and vice versa. • Live racing can be featured on display TVs in the Ballroom. • Wireless internet access available.

Wireless Microphones

• Four wireless microphones are available to be used in any configuration within the three spaces of the ballroom.

AV RENTAL GUIDELINES

• AV Equipment rentals are on a first come, first served basis, and cannot be guaranteed without a

signed contract and deposit. • A/V rental requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to your event.

Final payment will be outlined in your contract. • A credit card will be kept on file in order to ensure Saratoga Casino Hotel’s Audio visual property is

returned in the proper working order as it was received. • Credit card will only be charged in the event equipment is broken; damage will be assessed and

charged accordingly. • Screen Rental includes an AV tech Meet & Greet 30 minutes prior to your event start. Technicians

are not available throughout the duration of your event, unless they have been hired to do so.
