ONLINE BANKING: SEND AN INTERAC E-TRANSFER®STEP-BY-STEP-GUIDE

2. If you’ve never sent an Interac e-Transfer®before, you’ll need to add the recipientyou’d like to send money to by clickingon Add New Recipient.

1. Click on Transfer in the left-hand menuand select Send Interac e-Transfer.

3. Fill out their information. You can chooseto send the transfer to the recipient’se-mail, mobile phone number, or both.

An Interac e-Transfer® is a fast and secure way to send funds. To send an Interac e-Transfer®, follow these steps:

4. Enter a Security Question with a one-word Answer that only the recipientwould know. Keep in mind you shouldnever give the answer to the questionthe same way you’ve sent the e-Transfer.For example, if you send the Interace-Transfer® by email, it is safer to call theperson to tell them the answer then tosend them another email with the answer.

5. Once finished, click Add Recipient andConfirm.

7. Scroll and choose your recipient from theTransfer To list.

6. To send a transfer, head back to SendInterac e-Transfer®.

8. Scroll and choose the account whereyou’d like the money to come from theTransfer From list. Remember that Interace-Transfers® sent from your Simply FreeAccount® are always free of charge.

10. Click Confirm once you have doublechecked the information.

9. Put the amount you would like to transferin the Amount field. You have the optionto add in a message as well. Then clickSend Transfer.
