Make sure you check with an adult before you take any containers or jars** Learning Intention- I can understand how to conduct fair testing and how variables (things that can affect the results of your experiment) work. - Materials - You will need an assortment of different sizes and colours of clothes, hats, shoes, belts and gloves for this science lesson. Students will be conducting a clothes relay. - Create unequal piles of clothes at one end of your ‘relay area’ (for example, one pile has a hat and gloves, another has three shirts, a hat, pants and a jacket and the last pile has six shirts, two pairs of shorts, a hat, goggles and sunglasses). Students then write the following headings on a piece of paper: Science Material World Lesson 2 - Write your thoughts and discussion points on paper ready to upload. - Once you have completed your writing, even out all the items of clothing so each pile has the same things and re-run your relay.
