Torch neck types for different interfaces.Options for winners!

How do they work? Easy!Connect the ABICOR BINZEL torch directly onto the existing interface and you are ready to weld, it‘s that simple, welding with the highest quality.

All torch necks types are totally compatible with the existing OEM TCP. The current equipment can be maintained, re-programming is not necessary, bringing ABICOR BINZEL quality to your production environment.

All torch necks are based on the tried and trusted air and liquid cooled MIG/MAG welding programme of the ABIROB® A, W and GC series. We are confident this simple change will bring benefits. A complete retro-fit can then be made gradually, minimising initial outlay.

Compatible with a wide range of other manufacture cable assemblies and peri-pherals: ABICOR BINZEL torch necks are now available in a range of OEM interface designs.

The ABIROB® W series feature a rugged construc-tion and are readily adaptable. ABIROB® A line torches are characterised by their compact modula-rity, enabling easy work piece access, they off er high capacity and duty cycle. The ABIROB® GC series, most commonly used in ASIAN markets, leads for both performance and reliability, especially when welding with CO2.

Figure 3:Torch cleaning station BRS-CCAll torch neck types feature an existing ABIROB® front end design, making them completely compa-tible with ABICOR BINZEL torch cleaning stations. The motion of the rotating reamer tool removes spatter from up behind the nozzle holder, keeping gas ports open and optimising gas flow.

Figure 2:Programming aid ABIDOT*ABIDOT is screwed directly onto the torch neck; its four laser beams simulate the exact stick-out required and enable problem free, accurate and quick weld seam programming. Right first time every time!
