The ProductThe Product on the right image is a new product that the S-Corp has recently launched. It is a security alarm type system where, it stand against all the odds of the culprit. It is different than any ordinary car alarm system. It consists of three main component:• A mobile phone • A motherboard•A small ampere battery

With Black Box in the market, people will accept the product as it is affordable, efficient and effective.

Black Box has one of the unique feature in comparison to the competitors product.

Black Box has good appearance, small size and weight is very light. These are the key features a consumer would want.

My first target market is Karachi.

Since 2009, there had been many car theft especially in Karachi and now in current time the figure of car theft has now greatly increased.

The biggest benefit here is that Karachi can be easily divided into number of segments, as multiple type of groups live here.

Market Penetration is the best option to launch the product and succeed with ease.

Promotional Strategy:

Three possible ways to promote in Pakistan:1.Word to Mouth publicity2. Newspaper3. Billboards

Pricing strategy:

The price of ‘Black Box’ is Rs. 14000, which is affordable by almost every middle to higher income earner. A simple Penetration Pricing Strategy.

Return On Investment (ROI)

The manufacturing of the product will be done locally, by installing the manufacturing plant in the best Industrial Zone.

The components of the product such as the mobile and the ampere battery will be consumed locally whereas the only motherboard component will be imported from South Korea.

Other major cost will be, one the machinery needed in order to build the product. The machinery for the plant will also be imported.

Black box itself will not be too costly for the number of reason:

1. The product material will be cheap and in bulk2. The product will be produced in bulk to reduce the fixed

cost per unit resulting in Economies of Scale (EOS).

Including the promotional strategies and the cost to set up the plant and retail shops, estimated cost will be 85million Pakistani Rupees.

The calculated Payback period is 1.2 years. Then the profits will turn in.

In future, many local car manufacturing companies will try to negotiate the partnership strategy, such as;
