    current liabilities. This ratio is the most

    rigorous and conservative of firms

    liquidity position is considered

    satisfactory for a firm to meet all its

    current claims.

    INTERPRETATION

    The above Table shows the Current Ratios from2002-2007 i.e., 1.92, 1.31, 1.62, 1.42 and 1.57respectively. From the above analysis we can say thatworking capital ratio changes from year to year and itdoesnt

    reach the standard norm of Current Ratio i.e.,2:1 in any year. It means the Current Ratio of theCompany is not in a satisfied manner.

    The Current Ratiodoesnt

    satisfy the Standardnorm of Current ratio i.e., 2:1 in any year. The Shortterm solvency position of the company is notsatisfactory. The firm is suffering from Shortage ofWorking Capital.

    Interpretation:

    Table 4.1 reveals that 63.63 percent of employees feel

    that training facilities provided by the organization are good.None of the employees feel that they are very poor and 10.92

    percent of employees feel that facilities were poor. But only

    25.45 percent of employees opined that training facilities are

    excellent.

    Findings of the Study :

    The Current Ratio doesnt satisfy the Standard

    norm of Current ratio i.e., 2:1 in any year. The

    Short term solvency position of the company is

    not satisfactory. The firm is suffering from

    Shortage of Working Capital.

    The Liquid ratio of the Company is satisfiesthe Standard Norm in all the years. The

    Company have sufficient cash to meet its

    Short-term liabilities.

    Suggestions :

    By Studying the Current Ratio, it is advised to

    the Company to increase its Current Assets in

    order to maintain the desirable norm of CurrentRatio i.e., 2:1.

    The Super Quick Ratio of ICOMM Tele Ltd isnot good, and it is advised to increase its liquid

    assets in order to maintain the Standard norm of

    Super Quick ratio i.e., 0.5:1.

    By Evaluating the Debt- Equity ratio of

    ICOMM Tele Ltd it is advised to reduce the

    Total Debt in proportion to its Net worth.

    Findings of the Study :

    Majority of the Employees believe that theCompany has adequate Opportunities for

    Professional Growth of an Employee.

    It has been found that the Poor Performance of

    the employees is addressed appropriately by the

    Managers and Supervisors.

    Suggestions :

    As the Employees are interested inparticipating On-the Job training

    programme, it is recommended that the

    company be adopted.

    Taking Timely feedback from the

    employees is highly essential to takenecessary steps for improving the
