School tax bills are mailed out the first week in September from
the school districts. Information for Sullivan West and Liberty
can be found at www.taxlookup.net and Monticello at
www.infotaxonline.com The Town does not collect school taxes.
Please read your bill carefully paying close attention to payment
due date, mailing address and phone number for any questions or
payments.
Patriot’s Day, Saturday, September 11th – on the 16th
anniversary of the attacks against our Country an American flag
should be displayed outside every home, apartment, office, and
store in the United States on this date. Smallwood-Mongaup
Valley Fire Dept. ceremony September 11th at 8 a.m.

Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor at

on quitting smoking. Held at the Dr. Duggan Community

Youth Outdoor Expo Saturday, September 23, 2017
1 pm to 4 pm FREE. Grahamsville Fairgrounds
Route 55. Registration – 1 pm to 3 pm Bleacher Events – 2
pm to 4:30 pm Hands-on Activities, Presentations, & Demos.
Youth 5-15 must be accompanied by an adult Soda & Ice

Catskill Ramapo Library System
The Ramapo Catskill Library System (RCLS) has been working with
member libraries to help raise awareness about library services and
to improve barriers to library access. If you would like a library card, just come on in with a photo ID and proof of residency and they'll set you up with your own free library card. Bring a tax bill, utility bill or other acceptable proof of residency to the library that serves your school district. Once you have a card you can go to any library in the system. http://www.rcls.org/

Fall Harvest Festival at Bethel Woods Every Sunday in
September through October 1st 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. The festival features close to 100 vendors each week as part of the farmer's market, craft village and festival food area along with special events live performances, a children's arts and crafts area, community and educational programs, corn and hay mazes, pony rides, and more! Also, local libraries (register to get your library card first) has a free pass for up to 4 people to the Museum at Bethel Woods. You must have a library card and if the passes are available you must leave a put a $20 deposit.

From the desk of Debra Gabriel Town of Bethel Tax Collector A friendly reminder to Town of Bethel Property Owners, September School Tax Bills are not collected by my office, they are collected by your School Tax Collector. Check the address before mailing your payments. Several property owners send e-checks remember to mark the correct mailing address for your payment to be sent to. Change of addresses have to be in writing to the Assessor’s Office. Town of Bethel property tax bills are mailed directly from the printer to your mailing address on file the end of December, first of January depending on when the budget gets passed by the County of Sullivan. If you do not receive your tax bill one can be printed from this web site www.taxlookup.net If you paid your tax bill to my office you can find your bills on the web site www.taxlookup.net several years are on line for you to view and print.
