Manual: Application



1. The login screen

• Enter your username in the “Gebruikersnaam” field

• Enter your password in the “Wachtwoord” field

• Click the “Login” button to log in



2. Swim strokes

• Click the “plus” sign to add a swim stroke

• Click the “pencil” sign to edit an existing swim stroke

• Click the "cross" sign to delete an existing swim stroke or select multiple swim strokes using

the checkboxes, and click "Geselecteerde verwijderen"

• Using the button “Exporteer naar PDF-bestand”, you can print a list of all swim strokes and

their abbreviation



1) “Zwemslag toevoegen”

• Enter the new swim stroke's name in the “Naam zwemslag” field

• Enter an abbreviation for this swim stroke in the “Afkorting zwemslag” field (see

“wedstrijdschema”)

2) “Zwemslag wijzigen”

• In the “Naam zwemslag” field, enter the swim stroke's new name

• In the “Afkorting zwemslag” field, enter the swim stroke's new abbreviation

3) “Zwemslag(en) verwijderen”

• Click “Ja” to confirm the deletion of the selected data, click “Nee” to cancel



4) “Exporteer naar PDF-bestand”

• This PDF document can be directly printed



3. Contests

• Click the “plus” sign to add a contest

• Click the “pencil” sign to edit an existing contest

• Click the "cross" sign to delete an existing contest or select multiple contests using the

checkboxes, and click "Geselecteerde verwijderen"

• Using the button “Exporteer naar PDF-bestand”, you can print a list of all contests and their

abbreviation

• Click the “Nummers selecteren” button to add contest numbers to a selected contest (see

Wedstrijdnummers)



4. Contests – Numbers

• Click the “plus” sign to add a contest number

• Click the “pencil” sign to edit an existing contest number

• Click the "cross" sign to delete an existing contest number or select multiple contest

numbers using the checkboxes, and click "Geselecteerde verwijderen"

• Using the button “Exporteer naar PDF-bestand”, you can print a list of all contest numbers

and their abbreviation

• Click the “Zwemmers selecteren” button to add swimmers to the selected contest (see

Wedstrijden - Zwemmers)



5. Contests – Swimmers

• Select the desired swimmers for this contest using the checkboxes

• Using the upper checkbox, you can select/deselect all subjoined checkboxes

• Click “OK” to continue



6. Contests – Table

• Click the checkbox under the desired contest number and swimmer to select that swimmer

for the chosen contest number

• Click “OK” to save changes

• Click the “Reset” button to undo all unsaved changes

• Click “Afdrukken” to display a printer friendly version of the contest table



7. Contest – Table – Print

• Click the “Printen” button to print the contest table



8. Upload results

• Use the dropdown menu to select a contest to be updated

• Click the “Bladeren…” button or the text field to select the CSV file

• Next, click the “Uploaden” button to update the contest data and the club records



9. History

• Select a swimmer from the list

• Select a swim stroke for that swimmer from the list

• Click “Bevestigen” to see the swimmer's history data for that swim stroke



1) “Bevestigen”

• Click “Afdrukken” to print this result list



10. Login data

• Select a swimmer or administrator from the dropdown menu

• In the “Paswoord” field, enter his new password (optional)

• Check “Is admin?” to grant this swimmer administrator privileges

• Click “OK” to save changes



11. Contest table – Users

• Below the column “Schema”, click “Klik” to see the contest table for the desired contest



1) “Wedstrijdschema”

• Click the “Schrijf in” button to register yourself in this contest



2) “Inschrijven”

• Enter your personal password in the text field to verify your registration



12. Club records – Users

• Select the gender from which you want to see the club records



1) “Clubrecords”

• Here, you get a list of all club records for the selected gender
