With regard to the above proposed development, Irish Water has no objection to the proposed development subject to the following requirement;

Where the applicant proposes to connect directly or indirectly to a public water/wastewater network operated by Irish Water, the applicant must sign a connection agreement with Irish Water prior to the commencement of the development and adhere to the standards and conditions set out in that agreement;

In relation to the St James' Hospital Campus, the diversion of the existing sewers to avoid new structures as per route agreed with Irish Water;

In relation to the Connolly Satellite; until the completion of the upgrading of the 9c Sewer to which the development proposes to discharge, the provision of an offline storage tank and appropriate pipework by the developer for the storage of 24 hours of flow at 1 DWF.
