A GREAT attendance was recordedat the 29th annual Northern Terri-tory Cattlemen’s Association con-ference, which was held in AliceSprings on March 21 to 22.
The two days dedicated to industrydiscussion began Thursday March21 with a Ladies Day luncheon andsponsored dinners provided byNAB Agribusiness and CoopersAnimal Health.On Friday March 22, graziers andindustry heavyweights alike gath-ered at Lasseters Casino, AliceSprings, for the annual conference,which was filled with dynamic dis-cussion about the future of the beefindustry.Colourful was the leading descrip-tion of both the characters and theatmosphere that surrounded theAlice Springs racecourse thatevening with the NTCA Dinner.
Sore heads the following day wereblamed on lively conversation anddance floor action.Luckily, the conference only occurs once a year.

to superb food in a relaxed outdoorsetting.In attendance were prominent gra-ziers and people involved in thedomestic and Indonesian cattle in-dustry.
New friendships and expandednetworks resulted from a fewshared beers during the night.It was great to see the annualAgribusiness dinner was anothersuccess.
