On 5/4/16, the following defendants were waived to the grand jury:

On 5/4/16, the following defendants received fines, sentences or court orders. Unless otherwise noted, sentences to be served in Benton Co. Jail:

Cody Black pled to a lesser charge of attempted harassment. No fine with court costs. Sentenced to 6 months, suspended to 14 days with credit for time served. Supervised probation term of 6 months, may become unsupervised once paid in full.

Christopher Andrew Bray pled guilty to vandalism up to $500 and pled to a lesser charge of attempted manufacture/deliver/sell/possession of schedule II drugs. No fine with court costs. Sentenced to 11/29, suspended to time served with credit for time served. Supervised probation term of 11/29. Pay restitution of $450 to and no contact with Randy Harris. Must successfully complete rehab at Hope Center.

Billy J. French pled guilty to probation violation. No fine with court costs. Sentenced to 11/29, suspended to 45 days with credit for 10 days. Supervised probation term of 11/29, may become unsupervised once paid in full.

David Lynn French pled to a lesser charge of reckless driving and pled guilty to resisting stop/arrest/search with no weapon. Fined $350 with court costs. Sentenced to 11/29, suspended to 2 days with credit for time served. Unsupervised probation term of 11/29. Forfeit firearm to Benton County Sheriff’s Deparment.

William Aaron Fry pled guilty to possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia. Fined $150 with court costs. Sentenced to 11/29, suspended. Supervised probation term of 11/29. Must successfully complete rehab at Hope Center.

Melissa Helton pled guilty to public intoxication and resisting

stop/arrest/search with no weapon. No fine with court costs. Sentenced to 11/29, suspended to 4 days. Supervised probation term of 11/29, may become unsupervised once paid in full. No contact with John Paul Todd.

Tina Louise Burton Jones pled to a lesser charge of simple possession/casual exchange. Fined $750 with court costs. Sentenced to 11/29, suspended to 30 days with credit for time served. Supervised probation term of 11/29, may become unsupervised once paid in full.
