Affordable rental and home ownership opportunities for all integrated into every neighbourhood – no low-income ghettos.

No more NIMBY (Not In My Backyard) – affordable housing is a normal part of development.

Developers are engaged in creating affordable housing and their return on investment is respected.

People can afford to live in adequate housing near their workplace, and our children can afford to live in the cities and neighbourhoods where they grew up.
