> Build your report (Fig. 8) by entering components from the overall grade. Click ‘Add Mark’ for each new component until the overall weight = 100)

Tip: If you are using Failure or Attendance reports you need to use browser IE9 or earlier. We are aware of the inconvenience for Apple users and are working on a solution.

Enter attendance (Fig. 9), enter dates missed rather than all dates attended. You have a choice in entering, you can add the dates into the comment field adjacent to the student’s grade. This is especially handy in cases where the student has stopped attending.

Or, you can click ADD on ‘Attendance’ which will open the Attendance form (Fig 10). Choose from the predefined comments or enter your own.

TIP: Use the calendar (Fig. 11) to double check the dates you enter as absent.

> Once you have entered all grades, failure reports and attendance reports, click the ‘Next’ button. (Fig. 12)

The ‘Review’ screen will check your work and show any errors in red (Fig. 13). You can edit by clicking the ‘Edit’ button beside that student’s name.

> If there are no more red comments, you have finished editing and the ‘Send to Approver’ button (Fig. 14) will be enabled.

TIP: If attendance for your course is mandatory you will see the ‘Attendance has been filled out for this course’ check box. Be sure to click the check box before submitting your grades.

> Once you have clicked on the ‘Send to Approver’ button you should see a confirmation message.
